I,ve used on a few occasions to repair my gas fire.
On one occasion I got someone else to service my fire, what an error that was
just cost me money for job not done properly.
The two engineers who came last week knew exactly what they were doing, unfortunately I had a secondary fault and they would not leave until they found it and repaired it for me .
From your phone call to the end of the job everyone is so pleasant to speak to.
I wouldn’t use anyone else, false economy if you do.
Prefer to get folk who know what they’re doing.

Our two gas fires were serviced on the agreed date with the engineer giving notice of his arrival time.
Thw work was completed professionaly, tidy, and all supporting documentation was forwarded promptly.
No problems with recommending this company.

Repairs to heating system.
The first engineer to come out unfortunately but understandably misread the problem as being a faulty control panel and admitted the following day that he did not fully understand the system and called on a more senior engineer. Unfortunately another weekend of very cold weather passed before the other engineer came with what proved to be the correct part and the system has worked perfectly since.
Everyone I dealt with was very pleasant and apologetic about the delay in fixing the problem and I received a follow up call 2 days after the repair was completed to confirm that all was in order.

WLY Projects serviced my unvented hot water cylinder. I have had the company service my cylinder for the past five years. Very happy with the work, and their communication before and after the service. Can recommend them to anyone who reads this review.

I have boiler cover with this company. Sent an email at 10.30pm with a video of the weird, very loud noises the boiler was making. 8am the next morning I received a call that an engineer would be with me by late morning. Engineer turned up, was pleasant and polite. He quickly found out what the problem was and worked hard at rectifying it for me so that I was with heat again and it was freezing weather.

I’ve been using We Love Your Projects for both electricity and home repairs, and I couldn’t be happier with the service they provide.

Required our cistern to be fixed. Plumber arrived on time. The plumber was experienced, friendly and approachable. Problem was solved.

I have used We Love Your Projects a couple of times now. The first was to change my consumer unit which after been given the options available. I scheduled the work and the guys undertook the work in a timely and professional manner. Due to this I contacted them again about a small electrical fault with a socket, which I thought was something more serious but actually turned out to be fairly minor. Again the guys completed quickly and professionally.

This is my go to company. They have completed serious renovations for me - ranging from new boiler to new kitchen and bathrooms. They have a wide professional team specialising in all disciplines of building work and I would highly recommend them. They are organised, efficient and will find you a solution to most problems but most importantly they are honest. I have really enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend.

We had an aged, troublesome, hidden toilet cistern removed & replaced with a modern close coupled toilet. We also had a new bath installed along with new bath & basin taps. The work was carried out by a highly skilled & helpful trades team who solved a number of attendant problems to our great satisfaction & banished all of our pre work anxieties & nightmares. The trades team were supported by a very helpful & imaginative showroom supervisor during the planning phase: thank you all, so much.

I had an old boiler removed and new boiler installed. The installation team were prompt, friendly and efficient and cleaned up everything after the job
