Work carried out was service to our gas boiler and gas fire. We have used this company for a number of years and have always been pleased with the high standard of service given.

We are given a reminder of when our service is due every year.

The engineer(s) are punctual and knowledgable about our appliances.
They are friendly and pleasant, keeping us informed through the whole process. At the end of their visit they ensure the area in which they have worked is left tidy and clean.

Boiler service. Well priced annual plan- monthly ammount comes to cost of a service. Easy to arrange a date for service. You can speak to a human at first attempt to contact company - no chatbots! Workman came in time specified. Tidy work. Polite friendly staff on phone and in person.

I had a replacement boiler fitted. Excellent customer service, with queries answered very quickly and in great detail. The gas fitter was extremely professional ensuring everything was correctly functioning and that a comprehensive flush of the system was completed. Highly recommend this company for future work.

Serviced 2 gas fires. Technician was polite and friendly. No problems highlighted this time, but will be happy to have them in my house next year again.

New boiler - great customer service and the trademens were outstanding and very helpful throughout the course of the day.

Guys arrived within time slot and completed the boiler service and tidied up. Only issue I had was that they didn’t phone prior to the visit to let me know they were en route as per the company email - an oversight I suppose

Had an EV charger installed in early summer - can’t fault the work carried out however communication has been poor throughout. Didn’t disclose additional charge for part I didn’t know was optional. Had further issues with faulty charger which engineer attended promptly for - however following being advised it was a manufacturer issue and that Ohme would be contacted directly via WLYP i waited 3 further weeks before making further contact with WLYP and being advised the case was closed without resolution without this being communicated to me. Now having to deal directly with manufacturer after a 3 week delay and communication only made after me proactively seeking out clarity. Communication incredibly poor - a shame as was recommended based on positive reviews however won’t be utilising in future.

Annual Boiler Service completed. As usual organised quickly and completed efficiently.

This is a good company. Reliable and efficient. The workers are knowledgeable and courteous and get the job done.

Recently had an escape of water that ruined our bathroom floor and meant that we needed a new sub floor and tiles replaced. We Love Your Projects were great and I’d definitely recommend - everyone showed up when they said they would and work was carried out to a high standard. Antonia in the office kept me informed and communicated well throughout the process.
