Prompt service, friendly staff

Neil arranged for 2 new radiators to be fitted in the living room and kitchen also to wall mount our television and fit a new ceiling light. Dean and Joe arrived when expected and carried out the work cleanly and efficiently and are lovely guys. Had a really good natter with them. Will certainly have them back when we do our next project.

Used Neil and the team to replace a concealed toilet cistern previously. On this occasion a very old integrated dishwasher had to be replaced. Unfortunately it was slightly smaller than current models, along with the available space, and therefore not a straightforward exchange. With some time and effort the team managed to finesse the replacement into place. Once again a good job done and happy to recommend their services.

Cannot recommend these guys enough, great service! Doors trimmed and re-hung. Fast response, quick job completion, really personable and good value for money. Will be using them again.

I was pleased by the immediate attention to my query about a leak in an outdoor pipe. Someone attended provided the quote and did the job satisfactorily the next day. A clear explanation of the issue was provided.

I had quite a few jobs done by them and were very helpful but,they were supposed to do a couple more jobs for me and they promised to call back as they were very busy.Ive waited for months now and still not got back to me and the jobs are still there apart from that I was very satisfied with the work they did.

Had my loft hatch enlarged with a pull down ladder installed. Also laid some laminate and moved a radiator for me.

New bathroom installed by Paisley Property Maintenance. Old one ripped out and disposed of, new plumbing, wet walls, ceiling and flooring installed to a very high standard. High quality bathroom suite and fixtures and fittings, new electrics, LED lighting, and an amazing rainfall shower. Neil and his team worked hard, turned up on time, tidied up after themselves and contributed some nice touches and ideas. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommended.
