Very quick response to do some work on lights which I needed as I have a sight impairment. Paisley Property Maintenance were polite and friendly. Arrived on time and rooms were left clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this company.

We needed a washing machine reinstalled. They were able to deal with it on the same day that I contacted them, and made very quick work of it. They took particular care not to damage the flooring when moving the machine. We really appreciated that they could deal with our issue so quickly and efficiently.

Reinstatement of bedroom stud partition wall. The job was carried out with speed, proficiency, and courtesy. Neil popped in to supervise the job and ensure I was happy. Would not hesitate in recommending Neil and his team.

Fitted a new shower after had a leak with my old one. He came very quickly to assess the damage. Also got me a new shower and fitted it quickly.

I needed a repair done to my gutter, and I found Paisley Property Maintenance, in the The Buddiebook. I phoned and explained what was wrong, and they said they would come that same afternoon. Within a couple of hours of me phoning, my gutter had been repaired. I’m absolutely delighted with the very prompt and very friendly service I’ve received. At last I have found a plumber and electrician that I can rely on ! Turned up in response to an emergency; arrived when they said they would to make the electrics safe after a flooded bathroom and kitchen; located and dealt with the leak quickly and efficiently. Very pleasant, helpful with good advice and reassuring. As for the price...I was very surprised how little the cost was. Please Neil, never retire so that I can call on you again!

We asked Neil to fix all the blinds and curtain rails for our new build home along with fixing big mirrors. He did a spotless job along with his son. Started right on time and finished the job on time. Definitely recommended.

I needed a small job done on my front door, and contacted Paisley Property Maintenance on Wednesday. Although busy, they told me they could come and look at the work on Friday. They arrived when they said they would and gave me a quick and fair assessment of what was needed - including one way to do it myself, without using them, which I hadn't thought of. When I said I still wanted their help, they came back a few hours later with the new parts needed and finished the work that afternoon.

I found them to be reliable, friendly and efficient. Will certainly use them again.

I had Neil and Joe complete a bathroom refurbishment for me.
They fitted a new bath, new toilet, new shower, new bath spout tap.
Neil also arranged for Scott to patch in the tiles that had needed to be removed.

Margaret's new kitchen and I mean everything. The list of works done are extensive.
1) Old kitchen cabinets tiling and flooring ripped out and unlike others disposed of.
2) 5 existing PowerPoints extended to
22 PowerPoints and two WiFi external.
New fuse box fitted.
3) new kitchen cabinets,plumbing,waste disposal in a layout to maximise space
4) new flooring laid
5) new worktops, splashbacks,induction hob,oven and stainless steel splashback installed.
6) outdoor tap fitted
7) new lighting installed throughout
8) walls,ceilings and doors repaired,sanded and repainted to a high standard. Even window blinds replaced.
9) TV installed in kitchen with all cables hidden.
The list goes on. What you don't see in the list is the care and craftsmanship put in by Neil and his team.I wouldn't hesitate to call him again to work in my house. What I can show you is the results of their hard work.

We needed to add a shower to our second bathroom and also to tile the area. The company was recommended to me by a neighbour, when I telephoned, Neil came out promptly to view and estimate the job. However like other companies and tradesmen he was very busy and may have to wait some time before he could complete the job. When I explained my personal urgency in getting this done he immediately went above and beyond and was able to arrange his work along with the tilers to squeeze us in enabling the work to be done quickly. We were delighted.
On a personal note, I thought each tradesmen we met doing this job (4 in total) were all really nice and friendly guys and both my husband and I were so taken with them and the quality of the work that we will definitely use this company again and recommend them to others.

Due to an explosion of a fluorescent light tube in my neighbours house which left her kitchen in darkness overnight, I was delighted to make contact with PPM Ltd.
Neil was instantly available when he heard the circumstances and called on Friday the same day to remove the remains of the damaged light and install the new light that we had purchased this morning. Our neighbour was ecstatic at the speed and efficiency shown and delighted to see the light. Many thanks to Neil and his colleague.
