Faulty outside security light, chap from Paisley property maintenance came and checked it out and replacement supplied and fitted at a fair price same day. Have used them before and highly recommend.

Phoned Paisley Property Maintenance in the morning regarding broken bathroom light switch/fan and bathroom heater in mums house. Came out early afternoon and fixed all 3, plus fitted energy saving bulbs. Great service and price. Highly recommend.

Paisley Property Maintenance dealt with what was a very small job for them but solved a very important problem my Mother had with her bathroom light. Despite it being a minor work they accepted and attended promptly and performed a fix at a v reasonable charge. I would certainly use them again and recommend.

The job was to remove a brick wall in a Victorian property and put up a stud partition wall to create a bigger room. This involved moving electrics, plumbing and additional strengthening works.
Neil and his team were fantastic, getting this done on a tight turnaround and also providing helpful advice and guidance for the next part of the project. Neil kept us informed every step of the way , even providing photos when we couldn’t make it over in person to see it. They cleared everything away when they were finished. We would have no hesitation in using them again or in recommending them to anyone else.

Guys have fitted a new radiator for me. They came out really quick after first point of contact. Job was done to a professional standard at a reasonable price and they cleaned up after themselves. Happy to recommend.

Contacted Paisley property maintenance ltd, and explained to Niel that I had a person ready to be discharged from hospital and required repairs to a toilet flush . He assured me that the repairs would carried the next day at a time suitable for me to arrive at the property,he also quoted me a price for the works.
Summery :- The plumber arrived on time and assessed the fault He had the replacement parts in his van and set about changing the flush mechanism.
The works were carried out in a timely manner and resulted in the satisfactory operation of the toilet flush. The site was left clean and tidy and was charged the quoted price. Well done Paisley Property Maintenance Ltd. First Class.

Paisley Property Maintenance replaced an oven in one of my tenanted flats, they were quick to respond and very professional. They purchased a new oven and fitted it within 2 hours. I would highly recommend their services and will definitely be using them again.

Had garage roof refelted. Dean and Steve did a good job through heavy showers. Old felting and debris all removed. Prompt service, only a few days from enquiry to job completion. Would certainly use Neil and his team again.

2 outside lights and bathroom light supplied and fitted . Inter-linked smoke alarms not supplied but fitted. All work done to the highest standard (quickly and efficiently). Would highly recommend.

Very speedy response to my inquiry and all the work was carried out very
efficiently by Neil and his team. The water leakage from upstairs bathroom
to kitchen below was very quickly diagnosed and new toilet and cistern installed.
They also dealt with one or two other smaller issues at the same time.
We were delighted with the standard of the work of Neil and his team and

I contacted Neil and his team to install a new heat alarm and smoke alarms, I also had 2 new plug sockets and a ceiling light fitted. In my bathroom I have had a new basin and vanity unit installed to replace my old wash basin.
