Needed a light switch replaced and Neil was out the following day to do the job.
I also asked some advice about security lighting.
Advice was given and they returned later the same day to install my new light.

Very friendly. Excellent job for an excellent price.

Whole bathroom completely refitted with walk-in shower replacing bath. Neil's fitters Joe and Stevie very professional and courteous. Full explanation given to any questions we asked. One very simple follow-up matter quickly dealt with. Would definitely use again and would recommend this company.

Had a new Toilet and cistern fitted, new mixer shower installed and a kitchen tap replaced. First time using Neil and his team, glad I did. Very experienced and professional plumber, sorted a tricky leak pipe issue very quickly & did a great repair job to cover the inevitable tile damage in accessing the pipe.

We called out the emergency plumber came out late on a Sunday night to fix a leak. They showed up fast and fixed it for a reasonable price. I couldn't ask for more. Thanks again guys.

I have used Neil and his team before and find them excellent. They have fitted a new kitchen and bathroom for me before so I had no hesitation in using them again. I got them to renew 2 living room doors today and they are lovely. All work was done efficiently and they tidied up after themselves. I would recommend this company to anyone and will use them again. Neil and his team fitted a new shower, shower screen and section of wetwall, plus a handrail on my stairs.
I'd definitely use them again. Neil came round to quote when he said he would and arranged the work for just a few days later. Communication was great, and the work carried out was great, at a reasonable price.

Installation of kitchen tap,and more importantly removal of waste disposal unit and connection of new pipework to outlet pipe.Clean and efficient work by" The Dream Team" who were cheery and kept us advised throughout the work.Two other plumbing firms had let us down previously so will use Paisley Property Maintenance in future.

This review is to correct the one that I submitted on 21 December. I've obviously hit the wrong button when rating the company's value for money and now wish to put that right. I have no hesitation in giving the company 5 stars for this. I would reiterate what others have said here. Paisley Property Maintenance provided me with a top class service when they replaced my mixer shower. Both Neil and his plumber were courteous and friendly and, most importantly, competent. I will be using them again.

Lifting old bathroom tile floor, WC and relaying plywood base and LVT flooring. Prompt and excellent work carried out by Neil and his team. They even replaced my recessed LED bulbs that were on the way out.

Neil and his team did a fantastic job when we needed our bathroom floor and all the joists replaced. They were polite, friendly and professional, and worked around our needs. We highly recommend them and will be using them again.

I had a broken concealed cistern/toilet with family due visit and stay the following day. Contacted Neil, who despite his own busy work schedule arranged a visit for later the same day. A replacement cistern was required and this was supplied and fitted the following morning prior to my family arriving. A first class service was provided overall, with thanks to Joe who undertook the replacement. Will certainly use this company for any future work.

Had bath out and shower in. All tradesmen involved were easily accessible. The were experienced and trustworthy.

Fences painted and Washing Line Ground Poles put into ground plus slabs put into position. My experience was positive and the work was done to a good standard and within the time stated.
