We have had our garden completely re-done exactly as we wanted it by John and his team. We needed someone to bring creativity to some basic ideas that we had for a low maintenance garden. John made the whole end to end process so easy - from the modern design, competitive price, efficient work and complete communication throughout, we are delighted with the end result and the entire experience with JGML Landscapes. We would highly recommend their services to anyone.

Really great service from John and the team for my patio and pergola. He understood what I was looking for and kept me up to date on everything throughout.
Nothing was too much trouble and they even moved the plants I was keeping. Very pleased with the care and attention for all the work done.

John and his team did an amazing job transforming our garden into something a bit more low maintenance for us! We are left with a garden with more personality, plenty of space to decorate and much less grass to cut which was our main priority!
From the start, John was great at listening to what we wanted from our garden and gave us some excellent suggestions on how we could achieve it. He was also patient with us when we asked to change a few features along the way.
Despite expecting a delay in starting our work due to John's knee injury, the JGM team were pretty much on schedule, showing their commitment to meet customers expectations which we were very grateful for.
During the week that John and his team were working away, he kept us up to date on progress and made sure to keep us involved about any decisions that needed to be made throughout.

Highly recommended JGM Landsapes, we have just had our garden done by them and we are very happy with it. John came out to give us some design ideas as we needed some inspiration, we were happy to go with his idea and was great to see it being brought to reality. We previously had problems with drainage but not anymore as the new design allows natural drainage and no more puddles!

John kept us up to date through completion. John worked hard to make sure job was completed as originally planned and worked with us on timescales etc. Very happy and would definitely recommend! Front garden is next project!

John made the service very personal to us as he came out and helped us with our design ideas and gave us inspiration for our dream garden in our first home. John took the time to get to know us and what we would be using the garden for, as well as what elements of the design were important to us. He also quickly learned that the most important customer with the design was our dog. We wanted something low maintenance that could still look beautiful. During the design consultation it was very clear that John knows his stuff as he gave us lots of options and information about the different materials we could choose to revamp our space and how long roughly the materials would last in comparison to what we had previously. John recommended harder wearing grass for a better lifespan as we have a dog and various other design elements that would suit our needs. Communication with John and his team was excellent and very informative. The job was even finished a day early which gave us even more time to love and enjoy it ! As a whole we are very happy with the service we received and would definitely rebook as JGM were reliable and very friendly to people like us who had no idea what we wanted ! Thank you for making a space for us to enjoy for years to come ☺️

Delighted with the trader, who completely renovated our back garden into a beautiful space. Throughout the process, they were friendly, professional and kept the place as tidy as they could given all the mud! They did exactly as they said they would, were always on time and kept us updated with all progress. Really great guys, would absolutely recommend them.

Delighted with the job that John and his team did. We had a problem with drainage, our grass had turned to a marsh and patio had dipped causing water to run towards house. It was unsightly and unusable. John came up with a design for us that fixed our problems and looked great. Artificial grass was installed which looks great quality and a new patio that also looks great. He was helpful, had good communication, was easy to deal with and all very reasonably priced. Professional, great quality materials and reasonably priced. We can now use our garden again, thanks John!

John and his guys installed artificial grass and flower beds to our back garden. They did a fantastic job and I would happily recommend them if you're looking for similar work.
