We had a complete bathroom refit competed through Woods. Claire was helpful and very patient when taking us through the options available to us, and was always available to answer further questions. The work was completed principally by the 2 Davies who were professional and meticulous in their finish. They kept us informed at all stages and accommodated any changes that we required through the process. They were also exceptionally tidy and mindful of working within a busy household! We really pleased with our new bathroom and would happily recommend Woods.

G Woods supplied and fitted a new ensuite. I am very happy with the quality of the work and the fitters were professional and reliable.
I would recommend this company and would use them again.

DO NOT USE
Worse workman ever used. Bathroom fitted without issue then we had over a year of problems.
From the start the sink leaked - took eight call outs to fix that.
Shower had to be re-sealed....TWICE. Also had to re-seal around the shower exposed thermostat as there was a hole in the join to tiles.
Toilet been fixed twice now, both time the flush button.
Problems when the drainage in the shower - had to replace.
Water leaking in to our kitchen through one of the light fittings. Happened three times before they had to pull up part of bathroom floor and cut holes in the kitchen ceiling. Not once did they call to advise when each part would be fixed. We had to chase and chase. Patched kitchen ceiling and took 2 months to return and plaster, followed by another couple of weeks before painted it. They hadn't even been planning on painting it, we had to insist.
Not once have we had an apology from Gerry Woods. They are not cheap and we expected that to reflect in the work that was carried out. Avoid at all costs.
Moderator Response
BUSINESS RESPONSE: We fitted a new bathroom for this customer and she was very happy with it. 6 Weeks later she called and said a mark had appeared on her kitchen ceiling. We investigated but leak proved difficult to find, 3 weeks later she called again saying it was still damp. We proposed that we cut a hole in her kitchen ceiling to find the problem which she agreed to. It was then that we found an old valve was intermittently leaking. This was not a valve we had fitted for her, however we repaired it, re-plastered and painted her ceiling at our expense. We did further tests on her mains and found that they were too high for the house and suggested fitting a Pressure reducing valve on the incoming mains supply. We informed customer there would be a charge for this work, she then lost her temper and began swearing at our employee. We then left the property after her husband apologised to us for her language. We will not be returning to do further work.
