Just moved into a new house & had no hot water. Found G Woods on the trusted trader website. Guy turned up to my house within 30 minutes & had my heating & hot water up and running within an hour. He's also identified a wee leak & I will get him to come back & fit a new hose, as recommended. Really polite & friendly guy. Also really easy to pay on site via card machine. Would definitely recommend.

Full bathroom fitted, guys were always on time and worked hard for the full day. Would highly recommend as they are a one stop shop and everything from plastering, plumbing, tiling and electrics is covered by the one company. Very well co-ordinated team.

I needed a replacement mixer tap in my bathroom as the one in use finally packed up. I called G Woods and spoke to Sharon , advised what I was after and after a couple of emails we had agreed on a product, price including fitting and time for work to be carried out. Very nice chap ( sorry but never caught his name ) arrived next morning and had the work completed within an hour. It's not the first time I have used G Woods and I will certainly use again. I trust this company to provide good service at a reasonable price and appreciate not having to call around locally to get multiple estimates. I really couldn't ask for more in terms of the work being carried out swiftly and to a good standard with no mess. On this occasion the job was fairly small, however, based on my experience with G Woods I would not hesitate to call them in when having my bathroom upgraded. Highly recommended.

These guys removed my 86 year old mums bath and fitted a walk-in shower with all the necessary 'safety features '..seat, grip rails,etc. The guys even stayed on later to wait for my mum on the day she was discharged from hospital so they could ensure that the seat and grip rail positions were suitable for her. Thank you so much.

My elderly mum who lives alone had an outside blocked drain. She had previously called Gerry Woods when she had a burst pipe and they had come out straight away which was wonderful and they did a great job. Once again they came out quickly and the same young man attended which was reassuring for my mum .
He was a very nice and sorted my mums drain quickly which was fabulous .
Would certainly recommend them to anyone.

Had my shower and flooring, replaced due to a leak in my bathroom. They also replaced my bathroom mirror. Guys on the job were fantastic. Really happy with finished outcome. Fully job was completed in 3 days to an extremely high standard.

I had the bathroom upgraded and refitted towards the end of 2024. I found the company staff helpful from start to finish. David and William, who did the installation, made a lovely job of the work. They were professional throughout, offered useful advice as required and cleared all mess. I would happily use this company again.

Had a leak from our bathroom flooding our floor. Called G Woods. Gerry attended very quickly, fixed the issue promptly. I would highly recommend G Woods. Great company, Gerry is a knowledgeable great guy, and very reasonable cost to fix the issue.

Boiler service and maintenance. A first class job. The technician performed the operation smoothly and efficiently. Clean and tidy workmanship. If I could award 6*'s, I would.

Tony Serviced & Repaired our boiler. Found the fault after spending a fair amount of time locating it. He was very pleasant and informative, explaining what he had looked at/ruled out and what he believed was the problem giving us options of how to resolve it. He left to get the parts & Repaired it, now boiler is back up & working again tofull potential. Much appreciated.

my central heating boiler and multi point water heater were serviced and both had to have work done to them post service.
The work carried out was done very competently by the heating engineer. I wanted a Hive thermostat controller and found the engineer again did the installation very quickly and efficiently and spent time with me to explain the workings of my new heating thermostat.
I have used Woods for 15 years plus and found them to be very quick to respond in cases of emergency as well as the day to day maintenance of my appliances when things go wrong.

Worcester Boiler service.
Have used G Woods for installation of boiler in previous house many years ago and had them service it annually. Moved a year ago and had them instal a new boiler which has just been serviced. Never had a problem. Service done when required - quickly and efficiently.
