Horizon Window Blinds

After having had the most horrific experience with a previous blinds company, I ended up with horizon. And I cannot recommend them enough.

Although some things didn’t go exactly as planned (due to suppliers, not horizon itself I might add), the way they have dealt with it and sorted the blinds has been nothing but exceptional.

A big bugbear of mine is that it appears that everyone I do business with these days seem to say things, then doesn’t do them, and then I have to follow up. This is where I was very pleasantly surprised by horizon. Not only have they done what they said they’d do, they’ve kept me informed about the process and during the process. They have gone above and beyond to sort everything, and have been very professional, friendly and pleasant in their interactions.

From the start, with good information but not pushy for a sale, to now with excellent after sales service. I had A LOT of questions, and I appreciate that can get too much sometimes. But at no point did any of the team make me feel like I was bothering them. And they have helped me throughout.

I have no affiliation with horizon, other than being a costumer. And a very happy one at that.

I know this review comes across like it’s exaggerated and too much. But I can assure you that I am indeed very critical in my reviews. But I do believe in giving credit where credit is due. And it certainly is due here!

Recently moved into a new property and needed blinds in most of the rooms. The service was excellent. Products great. Stuart was helpful and friendly throughout and minor teething issues were resolved promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

Fab service from start to finish. Easy process from going into the showroom, a sales/fitter came out, measured up, gave a quote on the spot, easy as. Would defo recommend/ use this company again.

Horizon fitted two wooden blinds for us to the kitchen and a high window on the stairwell. When visiting the showroom they were very friendly and helpful and gave me good advice and information on the type of blind I was looking at. The service was professional throughout with the installer clearly explaining everything and he even suggested longer cords so that I was easily able to reach the controls on the stairs. Once fitted the blinds look great and are very good quality, I wouldn’t hesitate to use Horizon again.

All orders completed as expected, staff in office delightful and helpful.

Very good all round from enquiry to the fitting

Horizon Blinds are great especially as we had a whole house fitted with blinds. They actually came on the day we moved in, and made the process so easy and you never noticed they were there. The aftercare from Horizon Blinds is amazing. In our last house we had issue with our perfect fit blinds on our patio doors. Horizon Blinds came out a few times to fix issues with the blinds, nothing was an issue or problem for them. The girls in the showroom were so helpful, explaining everything, and helping with fabrics and making the ordering process so easy. Would definitely use Horizon Blinds again and would recommend them to anyone looking to get blinds.

We have had many blinds fitted over the years by Horizon. I cannot fault their service. Nothing is too much trouble.
