We contacted Kev to install a new ceramic hob in our kitchen. He arrived on time, with everything he needed and got the job done without any hassle. He is easy to talk to and very polite. I would recommend his services to anyone and will absolutely use him again for electrical work.

Investigation of smoke from a light fitting. Kevin traced the problem quickly and tested the electrics. He then replaced the faulty fitting with a new one. I would have no hesitation in recommending Kevin highly. From initial phone enquiry to a very quick response he was very professional and helpful. He made sure that he left my house clean, he vacuumed the carpet and floor and took away all the old alarms and rubbish.

I had phone advice on how to stop an interlinked heat alarm bipping. Then Kevin gave me a quote for a replacement and he arrived promptly as agreed carried out the work and stayed until he was sure everything was working properly.

Kevin replaced several spotlights in my utility room, bathroom and kitchen, upgrading them to fire rated fittings.
He was easy to deal with from the start and explained things clearly, especially around insulation which was important for me. The work was done neatly and everything looks consistent across the rooms.
There was a slight issue with the kitchen cut outs being larger than expected, but he sorted it without any hassle and came back to finish the job once the right fittings arrived.
Pricing felt fair for the work carried out and I would happily use him again.

KD Electrical Maintenance installed multiple lights throughout our home. Kevin was punctual, professional, careful with our walls and ceilings and made sure each light was positioned exactly where we wanted them. The house is spotless and he tested everything before leaving. Friendly, knowledgeable, and great value. I would hire KD Electrical Maintenance again for sure.

Kev helped us with various electrical jobs: cross-bonding, fitting light fixtures, rewiring sockets, diagnosing electrical issues and attaching new socket covers.
We found him to be very friendly and personable, reliable, trustworthy, conscientious, communicative, collaborative and always willing to answer questions and involve us where necessary.
