Professional and friendly, Lee installed a new combi boiler, and we are delighted with the Hive system (conversion from back boiler). Lee is very experienced and knowledgeable and walked us through options and future opportunities to improve energy efficiencies. Would highly recommend. Many thanks.

We have used LCOM many times over the years from installing our heating system to serving and repairs and always very happy with the service provided
Even had an emergency that LCOM fixed the very same day at weekend

Lee and his team came out to carry out a boiler service and gas safety certificate. He was able to come out within the week and provided a great service. Very professional, friendly and gave us some really sound advice. We’ll definitely use him again and would highly recommend him to family and friends.

LCOM Gas Ltd has deservedly become my go-to company for all things relating to domestic gas, and particularly with regard to my annual combi-boiler service. In addition to the service, they will check your CO alarm(s), heat/smoke detectors, and meter/supply, something that a previous company did not do. LCOM are very thorough. My recent boiler service was charged at an extremely competetive rate. In summary, I have found LCOM to be friendly, reliable, affordable and very professional because when the work is done, and it's done to a high standard, I know that me and my property is in safe hands. I am a private owner but I would also recommend them for any landlords looking to acquire this type of service for their property/properties.

Lee and his team came to install a new sink, toilet unit and radiator. They removed the old sink, toilet and radiator and skipped these for us.
Lee also supplied all materials used and went that extra mile to provide radiator caps, valves and a sink overflow cover to match the brass colour of the tap and handles etc of the unit.
As a returning customer I am always happy with the work Lee carries out and the excellent communication and recommendations he provides.
As always, the work is of an excellent standard and communication throughout is always prompt.
I will not hesitate to have Lee do all our future plumbing/heating work.

Whole new boiler system and all piping and installation underneath our caravan, new piping on radiators, everything is perfect, He even explained how to work app for the boiler and set timer etc. Made sure everything is perfect and safe. The best company I have ever had to do work for me, made my caravan very cosy and instant hot water . They did absolutely amazing job and I would definitely recommend this company. I would give them one thousand stars for the brilliant work they have done. I am so happy and would definitely use this company again.

Lee was contacted to come look at our kitchen tap that had been leaking for ages. He came out the next day and fixed it no problem. He was honest and didn’t rip us off by trying to get us to just order a new tap. Will definitely use Lee again in future

We had two leaks in our property.
We contacted Lee on 23 June 2026 asking if he help.
Lee got back saying he could come on 24 June 2026 between 15:00-17:00.
Lee arrived as promised sorted the two leaks, leaving no mess behind.
The charges for his services were very reasonable.
Couldn't ask for a better service.
Will certainly use Lee again.

It was recommended to replace gas boiler due to age and cost of repair required told me the options and cost of boilers he installs but no sales pressure. From the very start of the project, the team were professional and courteous, keeping us informed and up to date every step of the way.
The took an aged, tiled bathroom and updated it with high quality materials and workmanship.
The finish is beautiful and makes the house look drab in comparison.
I would highly recommend the team, so much so that I’m planning on getting them back to upgrade our second bathroom.
