Engineer was polite and rang ahead to book appointment. Explained thoroughly the working of the security light after installation. I cannot fault service or curtesy of this company.

Matrix Fife did a very quick and excellent jobon raising my husband's bed after he suffered a stroke. The wooden extension to the bed was outstanding and matched the already wooden stands. Very pleased with the service.

I had 2 armchairs re-upholstered. The chairs are not only comfortable again but look beautiful. This required a visit to Matrix to choose the fabric (premises were Covid-secure). Excellent range of fabric to choose from. Subsequent ordering, collection, delivery and invoicing were all very efficiently done. I have already recommended this company to a friend and would not hesitate to recommend them to others.
