Robert responded quickly to my ask for help, was out the same day and had an issue with boiler diagnosed and fixed within an hour. Excellent service.

Would highly recommend Robert- after my boiler pipe started leaking, he was so quick to communicate with me and arrange a visit. He is so friendly and professional and takes time to explain what has gone wrong and how he would recommend fixing the issue. I would not hesitate Robert and Forth Gas as they provide an excellent service at reasonable costs. We had new parts replaced on our boiler plus the servicing of our hot water tank. We also had Hive installed. We found this trader to be very knowledgable about the repairs to be undertaken. He was also extremely trustworthy and honest about every aspect of the job. We would not hesitate in having work undertaken by this trader again and would definitely highly recommend this business.

Robert came out to our house to replace our faulty boiler just before Christmas at short notice, he advised on options and installed a new boiler which we are very happy with at a good overall rate. We also had an issue in March with our Boiler tank that was 15 years old and needed replace, again sound advice and installed and excellent unvented cylinder at short notice. Robert is very experienced, reliable and friendly. Thoroughly recommend his services to any households in need of sound advice, quality and good value for money heating services.

It was a straightforward repair to our 16yr old boiler for Robert. He’s the first engineer (3 previously) to look at our system and not suck in their breath and say we need to replace the boiler!!! The repair is giving us hotter water than ever. Will definitely use again and recommend him highly.

I found Forth Gas on Trusted Trader and pleased to say that I have had a similar experience to the other reviewers. Robert was punctual and took the time to investigate the problem with my Worcester Bosch combi boiler, explain the cause of the fault and repair it. I'm also grateful that he was able to come out at short notice at a busy time of year.

Robert, serviced my 2 boilers and repaired my sink and toilet which were showing some leakage. Has done a great job and is easy to deal with. I would highly recommend him.

Robert carries out my annual boiler service and has also turned out when a fault developed in the system. He can be relied on to to do a good job and I would recommend him to anyone needing a good heating engineer

We had a leaking radiator valve and contacted a couple of heating engineers but were let down, so was advised to try Trusted Trader and found Forth Gas Ltd. Quick response and managed to fit us in quite quickly and was a very reasonable price. Saved our wooden floor from more damage with getting it fixed quickly.
We’ve also got them booked to service our boiler next month. Would highly recommend Robert at Forth Gas for any plumbing and heating work you require.

I thought I had a bird stuck behind my gas fire. Forth gas were the only people who would agree to come out. A jackdaw’s nest was discovered and so nothing could be done at the time but he agreed to return and remove the fire once the birds had gone, to allow the chimney to be swept (then put it back again afterwards), and that happened this week. Always arrived when he said he would, was polite and friendly, and a neat and tidy worker. I’m so glad I discovered this company and won’t hesitate to use them again (if he’ll agree to come back!).
