I needed to have a wasp nest dealt with. He arrived the same day and sprayed the nest with the chemical. It just took a couple of minutes. He said to let him know if they came back - if it was within a couple of days he would re-spray and would not charge me. I have not needed to call him back.

Needed some wasp nests removed at short notice on two separate occasions within a few days (one on a Sunday). Derek responded immediately.

After 10 days of mole damage to our lawn, averaging 3 new molehills everyday and trying various anti-mole treatments, we called Derek, our local pest controller, who came and placed mole traps the following day. The next morning one of the traps had caught the mole. Problem sorted. Big thanks to Derek for quick response, professional service and reasonable cost. Would definitely recommend his services and would use again if needed in future.

My builder found an active wasp nest at 1pm. I called at 1.30pm to Active Pest Solutions. They indicated they would attend 'within the hour'. They arrived 40 minutes later, accessed the attic, and sprayed/destroyed the nest within 2 hours of my call. Excellent service!

Derek was very quick to respond to our request for help. He assessed the area and made a plan to solve our problem. I would not hesitate to recommend Derek to anyone who needs help with tiny pests.

Derek came out extremely quickly to check my garage. Laid down multiple mousetraps and also checked my kitchen to put my mind at rest. He was very understanding and even moved a couple of garden boxes for me and emptied them as he recognised I was anxious. He couldn't have been more helpful.
He returned a few days later when he was sure that was the issue dealt with, but said he would leave the traps for a few more days for me to be reassured.

I called APS on Monday 2nd Sept to deal with/treat a wasp nest in the roof outside of my house. They came on Monday (Derek) and applied the treatment with a follow up done on Thursday 5th Sept. Derek is willing to carryout out another treatment if required at no extra cost. Very good and efficient response.

Carried out the job with minimum fuss.
