I recommend this trader for anyone with a pest problem. I had wood wasps and I was given useful information over the phone. Trader arrived at the time we arranged and quickly and successfully dealt with the issue.

The trader arrived on the agreed date and carried out the job to the agreed specification and original quote.

Fast, efficient and friendly service. Would highly recommend. Phoned at 3pm and problem solved by 6pm.

Called at 10am, by 5pm Active Pest Solutions had been and exterminated the wasps nest. Excellent service. Would highly recommend.

Derek did a great job. He was very polite and knew what he was talking about. Most importantly he knew where our rat was living and managed to catch it . A very good and friendly service, giving good advice and information about pest control. Several visits were needed to resolve the problem so dedication was shown to the matter, with additional phone calls to regularly check the situation. All in all a very good service and we would use them again if the pests return!

Called late morning and Derek came out the same afternoon. Assessed the problem, left traps. Called me to check if anything had been caught, before I'd had chance to call him. Came back, removed everything. Really great, friendly, professional service from the start, would definitely recommend. Not expensive either.
