Because I am really scared of wasps I needed someone quickly. He came the day after I phoned him and I now have no wasps nest.

Derek called me back in response to my email. Arranged to attend and did so when he said he would. He came back a further two times and charged only a minimal fee - extremely happy and would recommend 100%.

We had field-mice coming into the kitchen through the dishwasher waste pipe inlet, and they were chewing up the hose.
Mr Goodwin set instant-kill traps and showed us where to cover the ventilation grills with mouse-mesh. He also advised us to move the squirrel feeder away from the back wall to discourage the mice.
A week later there was no sign of them.

Derek was very good. He gave me very good advice and made me feel everything was ok. I thought I had a wasps nest but it was bees. You are not supposed to destroy these so he made me feel confident that it was ok.

Derek Goodwin responded to my call immediately and couldn't have be more helpful in helping us deal with a swarm of honey bees that wanted to take up residence in our loft. He initially contacted a local beekeeper to see if she could take them away who also arrived at our house within half an hour of Derek's call. As it turned out the bees decided to move out of their own volition but Derek noticed evidence of a rat in our loft which he treated.

I would recommend his service to anyone as he thoroughly deserves a 5 star rating!

Received excellent service from this company. Derek cleared up after a problem with seagulls at my chimney pots and put gull spikes up to eliminate any further problems. Very pleased with work done at a very fair price. Work was done to a high standard, have asked Derek to come back and put gull spikes on my mother's house. Would highly recommend this company.
