Contacted Wee Criters as an emergency, as I was very distressed over a mice infestation and the lady was so kind and reassuring. Andy came out quickly and was very efficient and reassuring and answered all my questions to help me feel better. Thank you so much.

Graeme the pest control officer came within the hour of my call. He was courteous, gave helpful information and efficient. I will certainly use this company again if I need them.

We thought we had a wasps’ nest. Graham came out to check. Had a thorough look but couldn’t find anything explaining that I might have seen masonry bees instead. He didn’t charge us for the visit. He was knowledgable and friendly. When I originally booked I spoke to Sylvie, she was polite, knowledgable and did what she said she was going to do. Discovered a wasp nest in our attic and spoke to Sylvia who chatted me through the problem we had and made sure she had all the relevant info. She took time to educate me on the problem which was very helpful

Appointment was made for the following day but Graeme phoned less than an hour later to say he could call that day to deal with the nest

Graeme arrived, had a look at the problem and explained what he was going to do. Job done, he explained that he'd dealt with the nest, treated a few areas nearby and told us to keep an eye on the area where the wasps were. If we had any more problems to give him a call

The firm currently is unable to carry out house visits do to COVID-19, but Sylvia was very generous with her time, advice and self-help suggestions. Whilst I hope we are not in a situation to need to use Wee Critters Pest Control LTD (i.e. I hope we don't have mice!) I would have absolutely no hesitation to use them should the need arise.

Even though Wee Critters can't come out during Covid, the lovely folk there just gave me 20 minutes of advice on dealing with a possible squirrel in the roof space - thank you so much! As soon as lockdown is over, we'll be glad to use your services!

Graeme attended to deal with a wasp's nest which we thought was in our attic. Turned out the nest was in my neighbours adjoining property so Graeme checked our attic space out to confirm we were definitely wasp free.
Didn't invoice me because he was not called into action. Much appreciated.

My 95 year old mother had wasps - well, she thought she did. The lovely operative, Graham, checked very thoroughly and found no pests. I was not charged for this and even if I had been, they were cheaper than the Council and there the next day as opposed to the 2 week wait from EDC. Delighted!

We called Wee Critters due to a wasp nest next to our kitchen. With 2 young children we needed it addressed ASAP. Wee Critters were on site within the hour and couldn’t have been more helpful. Very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient and Graham took the time to explain the work they were doing.

Amazing service! Very fast at sorting us out and helping to make us less worried about the situation (fleas). At first we were considering taking care of it ourselves but we called up for a quote and Sylvia whom we spoke to was so informative, helpful and friendly that we decided to book straight away. That was the best decision we could have made!

By the next day we had an appointment for them to come around and from the moment they arrived we knew it was the best thing we could have done. Andy answered every and all of our questions with so much detail all whilst keeping everything in layman's terms. The treatment of the house did not take long and when it was over we immediately felt relief. It was the first time we had felt happy staying in our home since the infestation.
