I had to get an emergency repair to pipes coming off my boiler that were leaking.
I had to turn my water off because of the leak.
In the morning I called for an engineer to attend and they attended that afternoon very close to the organised time.
They were able to fix the issue permanently. I was expecting a temporary fix to at least get running water, so a full fix was amazing. I had hot water and heating again.
Very reasonable prices for repair, I've booked them in for a boiler service in the future too.

I was recommended this company by a neighbour, and they were excellent from start to finish. Martin, the engineer, was courteous, efficient, and very thorough with his investigation into problem I was experiencing with the boiler. I will definitely be using this company from now on.

He got the boiler to work until the new fan arrived so weren’t without heat. Fitted new fan and gave advice about the problems with our central heating system. Phoned when he was delayed.

Asked Versatile to do a boiler replacement for me. Martin was incredibly prompt with his response, setting up a quote visit, and clearly talked me through how he would figure out what spec boiler I needed and if anything else needed done. The replacement visit happened very soon after. Both Martin and Callum were an absolute pleasure to have around, cracked on with the work and left everything very tidy. Callum even went out of his way to visit another afternoon to replace a make-do nut with the 'proper' one where I'm sure others would have just left it and not even mentioned it. Incredibly diligent, and just got a real sense they knew what they were doing and what they were talking about. Did all my warranty registration etc. for me too. Would have them back in an instant for any heating work I need, and I'm not sure I've said that about any contractor I've had in any area!

Called up out for boiler repair. Martin booked in a slot that worked for me and turned up at time expected. He did some checks and talked through what the most likely issues were. He was very good at explaining the boiler, how it operates and common faults. Agreed to go ahead with repairs and when Martin replaced parts he showed the old parts and what was wrong with them - so knew that the repairs were genuine. Communication was excellent throughout - really puts Martin on a different level compared to other trades I’ve had. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend or use again

Martin very kindly came out to our son's flat to price a job for us. A gas feed from the boiler to kitchen, so we could change from electric to gas hob. Versatile Heating have been both professional and excellent for the installation of x3 boilers for family members and myself and I would not hesitate to recommend them.

I got a new boiler installed in a new location in our kitchen, fitted within a kitchen cabinet. This also required a new flue to be drilled to the garden area. New cooker was also installed and old pipework capped under the floor. All of this work was completed on time and to our agreed budget. Communication was excellent with appointment times sent to me by text. Very friendly and highly competent, I would recommend this company to others and will definitely use them again when it is time for the boilers annual service.

Excellent communication prior to the appointment, and fast appointment availability also, did not have to wait for weeks. The job itself only took about an hour, and Martin was happy to answer all my questions and was very friendly. Certificates were emailed to me immediately after the job was finished. Very happy with the overall service, would recommend to anyone!

Our old boiler broke down and Martin helped us decide whether to repair or replace it, and when we decided to go for a replacement, advised on what kind would suit our existing system best. He was punctual, communicated clearly, and was also very friendly, approachable and tidy. Martin replaced 5 radiators for me, swapping out the old ones for new, the pipework was also changed accordingly.

Emergency boiler repair. Brilliant response and Calum worked well beyond his hours to ensure the problem was addressed the same evening. The following day he returned with Martin and they succeeded in making the boiler fully operational again. Their advice, skills and professionalism were second to none. I had a leaking boiler on a Sunday evening which had the family panicking. Martin gave me advice over the phone and arranged to visit on the Monday afternoon where he discovered a few seals were perished. He replaced those and also a few seals that weren't perished simply because of the age of the boiler.

Martin and Callum installed a new central heating boiler and system for us as part of a kitchen extension project. Their expertise and attention to detail means we now have a far more efficient system to keep the gas bills more under control. They’re also doing other parts of the project, such as plumbing in sinks and washing machines, and again they provide excellent service in all respects. Definitely use them again.

Great work from Martin, he come to cap of gas pipe, and found out they are steel pipes rather copper and in every room. Also he install a new radiator and rerouting it. He is honest and knowledgeable who I would recommend to use for my future work. He did a top job and did over the odds too.
