I have just had my Shutters fitted and they look wonderful. The service from start to finish was both friendly and professional.
Craig took our initial order and gave us honest advice as to the type that would best suit our window size and requirements. Aggie and Stevie did the installation and got on with the job in hand, keeping me informed as they completed a room, and answering any questions that came up. A brilliant job and great clean up service at the end. I couldn't recommend them more highly.

Had window shutters installed at our home in Milnathort by the
Edinburgh Shutter co.recently.I have to say the service given by
Craig,the owner and his secretary /contact team are absolutely first
class in every department.
On the day of fitting I cannot praise the standards of joiner Steven
Walker and his assistant.Their attention to detail and pride in their
work combined with customer satisfaction was always evident.
Would I recommend this company to anyone....absolutely,first class
from start to finish.A delighted customer for sure.

I’m so happy with my shutters. Highly professional company to deal with. Knowledgable sales person who advised me on what would work best with my particular windows, and he was right, they look great.
The team who fitted them were so skilled and professionaland fitted them seamlessly. They even dusted the shutters down, vacuumed up the mess and took all the rubbish away when they’d finished. V.impressed with this company as a whole and I’d recommend to anyone.

I cannot speak highly enough for this company - so easy to deal with from beginning to end. Anyone that I spoke to (in person or by phone) was helpful, knowledgeable and knew their stuff! I have purchased 3 shutters for my house and love them! Can’t wait to get them fitted throughout my entire home!

Supply and fit of four shutters. Initial visit to showroom was very welcoming, appointment arranged with Craig who promptly arrived on time and confirmed 8-10 week for supply and fit. Fitting took place 18 October however bedroom shutter was put in place regardless of the fact that it was the wrong one and didn't fit properly either also kitchen shutter had no surround mouldings attached and these had in fact been agreed with Craig at initial meeting and measuring, when both issues where pointed out to Stevie he did not seem concerned but confirmed that this would be recitified and that correct shutter would be airfreighted within three weeks this never happened however 7 weeks later call to confirm shutter had arrived however due to festive period, there was very limited availability with an agreeable date however 7 January 2019 was the first date agreeable by both parties but bearing in mind that my original order was placed end of July 2018 the 8-10 weeks has never been achievable from day one. I have to express my gratitude to Aggie who resolved the issues and carried out a first class job with my kitchen shutter. Edinburgh Shutter Company would benefit from more people like Aggie on your payroll who do take care and pride in their work.

Right from the salesman Craig to the fitting of the Shutter by Stevie and Dylan it was a 1st Class service and would definitely recommend and use The Edinburgh Shutter Company again as I love my new shutter.

after visiting a major department store where we could only get information if a salesman came to the house we went to the Edinburgh Shutter Company. We were greeted by Craig who wxplained about the shutters without us being pushed in any direction. He was informative and answered questions honestly. We came away feeling very confident with his expertise and manner and arranged a visit. all was exactly as specified, ie price, dates etc.
The fitting team were polite efficient and really nice. They removed all rubbish and hoovered once they had finished.

all in all a very easy, efficient and pleasant experience. Woudld definitely use them again.

First class service professional throughout. Aggie our installer was very pleasant and explained the operation of the shutters. She cleaned up everything and left us with a perfect job done.

Craig came out promptly to give an estimate for windows.We were also interested in one for a patio door.There was a technical issue with this so Stevie came out to do a survey and spent time talking over all the options.We ordered them and were told to expect them in October.They arrived into the showroom in October and were fitted within a few days.Stevie,Aggi and Henry the hoover arrived on time.The fitting was carried out efficiently and professionally .They left the room very clean and tidy.We are delighted with the shutters and would definitely recommend Edinburgh Shutter Company.
