We have a dedicated team at The Edinburgh Shutter Co. and each and every member of staff is employed by the business, and we never use subcontractors! This ensures that quality of service and continuity are kept to the highest level.

Genuinely could not recommend The Edinburgh Shutter Co. enough. From start to finish, they were very lovely people to deal with and guided me through the process of acquiring my first set of shutters, which have revolutionised my living room.

2 Beautiful sets of bay window shutters and French door shutters ordered delivered and fitted in great time, courteous and polite from all the staff. Knowing the issues I’ve had with other dreadful shutter companies a huge thank you goes to the team at Edinburgh shutter company to Wilma, Craig, stevie, jay and Agese. ( sorry if that’s not the spelling)

Absolutely delighted with my white wooden shutters, Les first visit, put me at ease as deciding on what width and stuff confused me after looking through the net!
Just call and ask for a quote it’s easier than looking through numerous sites!
He’s spot on you can choose anything and any way you prefer!
His prices are amazing and you look fwd to seeing him again lovely guy, it did not take that long for them to be fitted on arrival!
And I am so happy with the outcome they look amazing , makes my rooms look so fresh and no curtains ! Bonus ! It’s like adding a bit furniture to your room! Go for it you won’t be Dissapointed! Love them

Cannot recommend this company enough! From the first phone call to Wilma who arranged for our survey, to Dylan and Craig who came to measure and then to Stevie and Aggie who came today to fit. After our wooden Venetian blinds were showing signs of wear and tear we decided to look at replacement shutters. On the recommendation from a friend, we looked at The Edinburgh Shutter Company.
The product on show in the Leith showroom highlights the quality of the materials and the advice given with regards to colours/slat width etc was helpful.
Aggie and Stevie turned up on time and installed our new shutters with no fuss and no mess, they were both very friendly, cheerful and helpful.
We are extremely happy with our new shutters and will be looking to have them fitted in other rooms in the near future also.

I would highly recommend the Edinburgh Shutter Company. They were professional in the way they dealt with the installation.
All shutters made to measure, the technician in our case Agneshka (Aggie), employed to install our shutters by the company was excellent. Very tidy, polite, informative and efficient.
I would certainly do business with them again.

This is the second time I have used The Edinburgh Shutter Co. I needed a third blind for my kitchen and was delighted with the service. It was quoted, measured and fitted all within a couple of weeks (would have been less however we were on holiday). The receptionist is always helpful when calling about my order and Stevie fitted it within minutes and it was perfect. Thank you again for the wonderful service. Would not hesitate to recommend this company.

From the minute I walked into the shop wilma was there to greet me and was super helpful. We then made an appointment with Craig the owner and he was amazing. Very knowledgable, offered us great advice and wasn’t pushy in the slightest. We could tell he really understood exactly what we were after and was able to talk us through the ranges of shutters.
They took about 8 weeks to arrive and the morning of installation Craig and Stevie arrived at 9.30am and finished at 12.45. They were professional, polite and very clean. After they had installed the shutters in all of our rooms, I was then given an aftercare tutorial and a demonstration of how they all work and how to clean them etc.
I would like to thank Craig, Wilma and Stevie for their fabulous shutters and excellent customer service. They are expensive, however in my opinion absolutely worth it. We will never have to replace them, they are stylish and will have added value to our new flat.
We will highly recommend this company.

Professional service from start to finish. Fitter made contact the night before to tell me what time they’d arrive the following day. Arrived on time, all wearing company t-shirts, all introduced themselves and got to work straight away. Made me aware of any issues they encountered with the fittings , and suggested resolutions.
Provided dust sheets, took shoes off without me even asking, tidied up any mess they created.
A big thank you to Stevie, Jay and Aggie, fantastic work. 10/10.

Room shutters made to give more privacy - standard window and a hexagonal shaped side window which no curtain or blind would cover properly. Stevie the fitter did a great job and the end product was exactly what we wanted. Very tidy and clean worker, and obviously knew his job. Would certainly recommend.

I am pleased with the quality, fit, look of the shutters. Even at this time of year when there is a lot of light they do a good job of shutting it out. The fitting was well done and the shutters open and close with ease.
