Had Chris come out and supply and fit a new combi boiler.
I cannot fault his manner and customer service.
I will highly recommend his company and will not hesitate to get more work done in the future.

Boiler completely died during the recent spate of -4 nights at the start of December. Another company wouldn't even give me a sales call until December 15. One call to Chris at The Complete Heating Company sorted me out within 2 working days. As if that wasn't impressive enough, he also had to arrange a crane to fit a new flue. (The building company who made our top floor flat decided it would be cheaper not to fit in any roof access and let the residents figure it out.)

Chris visited me same day to inspect the work required. Gave me a no-nonsense appraisal and set out my options.

He arranged the crane, all parts and even picked up and installed a new Hive system at the same time. Chris and his team arrived when he said they would, kept me informed every step of the way, did excellent work at an extremely reasonable price AND tidied up after themselves.

If you need any heating related work done in Chris' vicinity, you are in very safe hands here. Chris is the Ethan Hunt of boiler engineers; he made the impossible happen.

We had a Combi boiler fitted in our loft space, the water tanks were removed giving us more space. Chris was helpful and professional as was his team who all worked together to get the job done in the time specified. The boiler is great and the Hive controller easy to use. The old boiler was in the kitchen so the large hole in the wall was filled as other gaps and holes from the old pipework and water tank. The guys were tidy and cleared up all the mess before leaving. Very pleased

Chris gave me advice regarding replacing my 17 years old combi boiler, which was continually breaking down. He replaced it quickly and efficiently and left no mess. He was really pleasant and polite, and took time to explain what he had done, and how to use the equipment. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again!

Chris fitted a new radiator in our downstairs bedroom and offered a friendly, reliable and professional service. The radiator was fitted quickly with ease and Chris couldn't have done more in terms of making sure we were happy with the work completed. His rates are very good value for money and we've also started using him to service our boiler on an annual basis.

Chris & colleague Connor are my go-to plumbers! They have replaced my boiler including installing new pipe work to the outside, serviced the boiler, replaced x2 radiators and more than that they have been there at the other end of the phone for any plumbing concerns. The customer service is phenomenal! I’ve had to call on them in emergency situations, and they’ve always been professional and able to fit me in. Couldn’t ask for more. Highly recommend.

Extensive replumbing and new boiler and radiator installation. This trader and his team worked hard and fast, at a busy and difficult time for customers and trades alike. I rapidly came to admire his can-do approach and good judgement. Accordingly I have followed his recommendations of other similarly able and motivated trades. He has a network of very competent colleagues in other fields, which has been a major benefit to our renovation project.
