We are a family run business with over 40 years experience protecting premises throughout Edinburgh and Scotland. As an award winning company our attention to service and detail has made us an industry leader. As a company we specialise in Wireless Burglar alarm systems for some of Britain's biggest house builders. We appreciate that our customers whether commercial or domestic have invested heavily in their property. Mitchells Scotland design and install a Burglar Alarm system that both secures the premises and matches our customers budgets.
As a company our policy is not to use Sales representatives. All our customers meet with an engineer who is fully qualified in the field of security systems and will give a comprehensive survey of the premises.
As a company it is our policy to offer all customers an outright sale and no long term contracts.
All our Service and Maintenance agreements are for a 12 month period and renewable annually instead of the standard industry 3 -4 years.

One of the alarm sensors was indicting an issue. Mitchells installed the alarm and have serviced it so had no hesitation in asking Garry to take a look and whilst out carry out the service as one is due. Whole process was simple from start to finish, slot booked and Garry turned up on time and apart from my having to meet and greet, I'd never have known he was there. Professional and reliable.

The alarm (Visonic Powermaster) was fitted at my son's home in Edinburgh. Mitchells were very accommodative as to the fitting date as I had to travel to Edinburgh from Yorkshire to get this alarm fitted. Gary was at the home at given appointment time and he completed the work in a very professional manner. He explained the working of the system very patiently.
If needed we would use their services without any hesitation.

Had an attempted break in which prompted us to review our house burglar alarm system. Did some research (Which!; Trusted Trader) and contacted Mitchells Scotland - Garry Mitchell responded the same day. A visit to our house followed resulting in Garry making suggestions on how we could improve our security and what options were available re Burglar Alarms. Decision was left to us and Garry gave us a couple of days to mull over what he suggested. Following our decision, we obtained a price for the job and once accepted Garry came to fit the alarms / sensors. All done as advised to the price quoted. I would have no hesitation in recommending Mitchells Scotland to fit your Alarm system. MS.

From the initial call into Garry at Mitchells they were fantastic. They knew exactly what we wanted with our alarm system. Catherine was great at ensuring we were kept in the loop with installation dates and all the relevant paperwork. Would not hesitate to use Mitchells again, their installation service was efficient, value for money and extremely professional.

On the personal recommendation of a friend we used Mitchells Scotland to install a house alarm system. They tailored a system to meet our requirements in a very cost effective manner and carried out the installation work promptly, efficiently and very tidily.
We have continued to use the company for monitoring and maintenance of the system and have found Garry Mitchell to be very knowledgeable, helpful and pleasant when carrying out the work.

Mitchells did absolutely everything to do with our alarm installation on time, and at the quoted price. We were sold precisely what we needed, and after sales care has been great when handling a few questions from our end. All in all, delighted with the work and reliability. I used the company last year when I first had a problem with the alarm that we had inherited with the house we had purchased. They came out very quickly and solved an ongoing problem with the alarm constantly ringing. I recently had an issue with the radio fobs and again they were out very quickly to resolve this problem.

Mitchells have provided an excellent, responsive and tailored service when providing a specification for our alarm system, during installation and after-care. We felt that Mitchells provided us with precisely what we needed and did not try to up-sell or encourage us to purchase additional services. (This was not the case when we sought quotes from other companies.) I have also found Mitchells easy to contact and quick to respond. I have recommended them to friends.
