Replacement of sash and case windows to a top floor flat at the rear of a historic property in a window conservation area.

J W were most professional throughout the process from measurement to completion. Craig ensured full compliance with Planning and Building Control requirements. Alan and Graham considerately replaced the rotten windows with uPVC tilt and turn windows and sympathetically finished the surrounds externally to the stonework and internally with pine plates to seamlessly blend in with the historic timber window surrounds and with a uPVC window sill to the bathroom.

Very happy with my new window installation from the quote to the installation. The installers took good care in removing the existing windows and fitting the new. Some changes to joinery were required which was completed professionally. Carpets were protected and the worksite cleaned at the end of each day. Overall it was great value compared to other quotes I received.

Replacing of existing internal fire door with a fire door with a pyro glazing panel in it. Door ordered was correct, well packed and in good condition. All door ironmongery from old door was re-used and adjusted with care to open smoothly over our carpet, door handle much smoother and quieter to use than before, and door closer adjusted.
Everything was left very neat and tidy. Very pleased with the work carried out.
