Steve and Ryan are a brilliant father & son team. I couldn’t speak more highly of them both.

When you there is an urgent call out they are super responsive and always available to answer questions to help improve my understanding, which I love.

They are also very trustworthy and I have no issues them coming and going when they completed a major overhaul of our heating system which included a new boiler, hot water storage and cold water storage in order to address the poor pressure we had in the house and lack of hot water supply.

Whatever small snags we had, they put right straight away and professionally.

Steven carried out two pieces of work for us: upgrading our radiators and installing an air source heat pump, the first as an independent contractor and the second on behalf of CB Heating Solutions. Both pieces of work were carried out very efficiently and he also offered us very helpful advice on use of apps for heat pumps. Plus he’s a very pleasant friendly guy - a pleasure to have around.

Was reccomend to me and although extremely busy when I called he calmed me down, helped me understand the potential problem, and immediately came to help. I had removed a radiator and was unable to shut off the water completely, which also affected the rest of my heating system and boiler. He solved the problem and returned later to removed the required pipes and replace with my new radiator. Everything was explained throughly and the while system was rebooted and workes much better now than it ever did and definitive stars!
