We found Steve and Interzone through Trusted Trader a couple of years ago when we were looking to get our bathroom completely redone and he’s been our go-to plumbing service ever since. He’s undertaken a range of jobs for us from small (fixing leaking taps and boiler servicing), to medium (installing new radiators) to large (installing vented system and bathroom refit) and he’s always friendly and reliable and the standard of work is great. We’ve even recommended him to my in laws who now have him as their go-to too. Highly recommend.

Steve reacted to very promptly to our call in a friendly and conscientious manner and fixed the problem in less than hour, he was also happy to provide advice and information about other possible long-term projects. Highly recommended.

While others companies recommend me change four radiators in my house, and other one suggest to change the boiler, Interzone came to my house next day after I contacted them and fixed the problem with the radiators. Now they are working properly and no need for changes. Very trustworthy company.

Our gas was cut off due to carbon monoxide at the start of January leaving us with no heating, hot water or cooking appliances.
We tried to get Scottish Gas out as we have a homecare agreement with them but were told it would be over 3 weeks until they could help! Not the best when it was freezing outside.
We were recommended Interzone by a friend, so got them out to have a look.
They came out the next day.
After assessment, they told us we had to have the boiler replaced.
It took a couple of days for the work to be done and we had heating and water by the end of the week! Amazing service!
They were friendly, efficient and followed full Covid Guidelines.
For the work done, it was very well priced too. Highly recommend and would definitely use again.

Interzone have carried out a range of work for me. Always reliable and always offer good advice.
Having installed the Wiser WiFi controlled CH system I had some difficulty with the use of the App to control the times and temperatures in the pre determined zones. All works beautifully now though and Steve was a great help in getting the system up and running for me.

Very reliable, knowledgeable and friendly tradesman that goes beyond normal service. Had some funny experiences with some tradesmen before but not him. Attends quickly in "emergency" leak.

Annual service of boiler and C.H. sytem, plus repairs when this system develops a leak, etc., most recently this month. Goes out of his way to deal with things promptly and is very competent at sorting out problems; also good links with manufacturer to solve issue when our C.H. boiler was misbehaving. Everything you could want in a heating engineer/plumber.

Father & son team who sorted out our plumbing anomaly, very satisfactorily and prompt. We have used the dynamic duo in the past and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again. Brilliant and very much appreciated.

Interzone have done a number of jobs for me - fixing toilets, installing and fixing boilers, repairing bathroom leaks - all to a 5/5 standard. The service from Steve is superb both in terms of responsiveness and diligence / quality

We have used Interzone for a number of plumbing related jobs and have always been very satisfied with the advice and quality of work provided. We have had a toilet flush replaced, bathroom taps and loo seats replaced, boiler fixed and a new towel rail installed. It is good to know a reliable plumber who can fix all kinds of problems, big and small.
