Called for some advice regarding what I needed to satisfy my new house insurance. Richard came out same day, phoned in advance to check I was in, and looked at the doors and windows I was querying. He confirmed that I needed nothing done, and did not charge me for the visit. He was very helpful, friendly and extremely responsive to my query. I would call him again if I have any problems.

My front door lock failed so I couldn't open the door
The locksmith was at the house within 20 minutes of being contacted.
He replaced the lock after cutting through the lock in order to open the door. He cut the extra keys I needed in his van which is a real bonus as he checked they were all working.
He was efficient, professional and I would use him again. His charge for the whole job was very reasonable.

My front door handle locking mechanism was becoming increasingly stiff to open and close and I couldn't work out what the problem was. I phoned Hero Locksmiths and Richard arrived in 20 minutes, checked a few potential problems, identified the issue and fixed it. Very speedy and efficient, and a nice bloke. Great service.

I broke a handle on a PVC window straight after moving in to a new house on a Friday evening. It was fixed straight away and this allowed me to secure the property. Richard was friendly, fast,and great value for money. I asked him back to replace a front door lock. Again the service was top notch. Would recommend.

I wanted to upgrade my front and back door locks so messaged Richard. He phoned me right back and we discussed what I needed, he quoted the price and arranged to come out the next day. Really nice guy, gave good, helpful advice. Will definitely use again.

I found myself locked in when a visitor made a mistake with my yale lock on her way out. Richard arrived within half an hour and managed to open the door without any damage or other costs. Good guy. Very grateful.

Replacement stair door lock fitted and 34 keys supplied. The locksmith prepared the keys in advance so it was easy to arrange fitting the new lock as everyone already had their keys. Was on time, efficient and personable. I would certainly use his services again.

Richard replaced the lock on front door and also cut an extra key from his van. Excellent service ! Quoted price over the phone prior to attending and arrived very promptly and fitted new lock in minutes.
