As usual for this firm, the problem I described was considered carefully, and the faulty part was identified (the heating element of an immersion heater) and then replaced in a quickly arranged follow-up visit. The end result is not just restored functionality but clear improvement.

A couple of issues with a malfunctioning product not the contractors fault but inconvenient all the same. They were quick to respond to phone calls and worked hard to resolve the problem

I live in a managed Shared Accommodation property, where issues with the buildings roof (under guarantee) caused leaks in my bedrooms.
2 full bedroom ceilings including insulation were replaced, but problems with finish after a different company were brought in to decorate were noted. I explained these to Tam at Harbour, who originally very kindly arranged to have full ceiling replacement instead of patches, and he then arranged for corrections to be made to the finished job; even allowing me to highlight all areas in advance for work by his colleagues, which would then leave decorators to complete their finish again to the desired standard.
I really appreciate Harbour, and Tam in particular, for being so accommodating and making sure my property repairs were done to a good standard, after I found issues with the completed decoration.

Needed a pipe replaced and some flooring renewed after a burst pipe. Happy with the service from Harbour. They got someone out to provide an estimate quickly and at a reasonable price. We didn't have to wait too long to get the work done at a busy time.
We were really pleased with the work our joiner and plumber put in on what was an awkward job. They showed up on time, conducted themselves in a professional manner and finished the work to a good standard. They also disposed of the debris and tidied up one they'd finished. Would happily use again.

Harbour Multi Trades replaced my boiler and serviced the underfloor heating. They were very efficient and courteous at all times. A site visit to assess the work, quotes and then the work completed on two separate visits as agreed. All staff were great to deal with and left me with guidance on how the systems operate. I would use again and recommend them.

I used T.B. Mackay Energy Services to replace a failing 18 year old combi boiler which was beyond repair. I received helpful advice on the right type of replacement and the quote I was given was very competitive compared to others. The job was arranged quickly and the workmen who carried it out were polite, friendly and kept me fully informed as to what they were doing throughout. They were also neat and tidy. I will be using this company for the annual service on the boiler and would have no hesitation recommending them to family and friends.

5 star bunch who installed my elderly mother’s upgraded radiators, replacing ancient storage heaters. From quote to arranging the install, all easy. The installer (David) was really understanding with my Mum, listened and did a great job. A real asset to the company. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company and use them again.

T.B. Mackay Energy Services installed my boiler and central heating system. As a private landlord, I use them for my annual gas safety checks and other relevant property maintenance including EICR's, PAT's and domestic smoke alarms. They are always prompt and reliable, providing a professional, friendly service. I highly recommend them.

Much appreciated that the appointed time was kept on each of several visits. Work was done quickly, efficiently and any mess was cleaned up.
The central heating engineers and the electrician were both friendly and professional.
