Leak in kitchen under sink. Problem identified, some new fitting required which was supplied, fitted, tested for leaks and found to be OK. Now some 5 weeks later and no further issues. A job well done.

Gas boiler annual maintenance

I have used this trader for the last few years for boiler service. They have always been reliable and efficient and engineers have been professional and helpfull. Good service and competitive prices

Got them to change a gas boiler for an electric one for underfloor heating. Although it had a couple of problems, I would give them 5 stars because they made every effort to sort it out, and that is the best judge of a company. If you need plumbing, heating or electrical work done, I would definitely recommend them.

Replacing broken fan downheater in the bathroom and the installation of an isolator . The job took two visits, one to establish what work was required, and the second to fit the isolator switch, and the heater once it had been ordered.

Greg was excellent, and the work was done fairly promptly. If I had my time again, I'd have asked him to fit the isolator switch during the FIRST visit. That would have allowed me to get the plastering repair work done while the fan heater was being ordered.

Most importantly, though, Harbour Multi-Trades at least did the work.

Faulty boiler first thing in the morning,prompt service and fixed the problem for a very fair price.

Harbour replaced a gas boiler in our flat. They sent out both a gas technician and an electric boiler specialist to help us make an informed choice. The work was carried out neatly and efficiently and all is now working well. What I particularly like about Harbour is that they are very easy to deal with, respond quickly to enquiries and send round a knowledgable person who turns up when they say they are going to.

We had a gas leak in our home and were supported by Harbour Homes. Ross originally noticed the leak and came back with Lewis, and his superior, Neil - John arrived a little later and was amazing. We live in a old building with awful pipe work, they found the gas leak and fixed it within the day!! Both Lewis and Ross worked through their lunch and stayed late on a Friday - and couldn't be more polite.

Due to bad pipework, there was a leak which was fixed asap. Lewis informed our downstairs neighbour and Ross managed to turn off the mains. Due to this, we left the carpets up and Lewis provided a dehumidifier and will lay the carpets once the flooring has dried - he moved my wardrobe/ plants etc so i was more comfortable. This extra touch really meant a lot.

We were disappointed with Neil's attitude. He came across as quite defensive, didn't inform us of what was happening, then left early leaving the others to deal with the water and gas leak.

Despite this, Lewis, Ross and John provided an excellent service, updating us constantly and they went the extra mile. We can't thank them enough for their service and they represent the best of Harbor homes!

The bathroom extractor fan was in need of replacing. Greig from Harbour was really helpful and professional. The customer service and knowledge is really appreciated.

In 2023 Harbour replaced our combination boiler and undertook some ancillary tasks to ensure that it would function with maximum efficiency. Harbour's Project Manager, Mark, supervised the work and we were most impressed with their service. Harbour has replaced T B Mackay, who had served us very well with our previous boiler over a period of nearly 20 years, and we now have a service contract with Harbour for our new boiler. Most of the technicians we got to know with T B Mackay are attached to Harbour. It's a multi-trades company so you don't have to ask around for recommendations for electricians or other trades, and they are very accessible and helpful when you have a problem, even if it's a relatively small one! Heartily recommend them!

We've had two visits from Harbour's electrician, Greig, in connection with a faulty heat alarm. The first visit was to diagnose the problem and to source a replacement that would work with the interconnected smoke alarms, and the second was to fit a replacement alarm. We were impressed by his thorough approach, positive attitude to the job, his analytical and technical skills, which inspired our complete confidence.

we had a completely ruined bathroom caused by water ingress over six weeks, and Harbour estimated and undertook electrical, plumbing, joinery and tiling work to our complete satisfaction. Mark coordinated his crew of good competent, knowledgeable workers and completed the project most satisfactorily!

The time clock on our hot water system failed and I called Harbour Multi-Trades. They have looked after our central heating for many years but on a Monday morning I had no high hopes of a quick resolution. They had the part in stock and installed it the same afternoon.

My Worcester.Bosch boiler was serviced recently by Dennis. I have been a customer of Harbour Multi Trades for many years and have always had excellent service from all their staff. I have had gas, plumbing and electrical work done by their engineers.

Harbour Multi-trades have a human being to answer the phone; this human being has expert knowledge, so they know what you are talking about; they come timeously; they are courteous; they are concerned if you don't have hot water; they are good explainers and take a personal pride in keeping your home running well.

They removed an old storage heater and installed a new one. The estimator arrived on time, gave me advice and explained everything thoroughly. The price was competitive. The work was carried out within a week. The installer worked quickly and expertly and left no debris.

Recent Boiler and unvented hw storage cylinder given annual service, by engineer Brian. Arrival on time, and efficiently carried out, as in previous years.

Boier service

This is a reliable company for fixing all the problems we were facing. The service was excellent and timely. I will definitely use it again. The only thing is that the service is expensive, but I think it looks reasonable as they are running a company. Highly recommended.
