We use Gas Safety Guy to do annual gas safety certificates, boiler services and emergency boiler fault resolution on a portfolio of properties across Edinburgh. They are quick to respond, reliable, trustworthy and professional. I definitely recommend them. They also do electronic certificates which is much more suitable for our business than the paper ones.

We used Gas Safety Guy to replace a central heating boiler in one of our rental properties. It was not a straightforward job for them but nothing was too much hassle for them. We found them to be very helpful and communicated well throughout the job. The work was carried out to a high standard and we would happily use them again in the future.

We have been using the Gas Safety Guy for landlord gas safety certificates for over half a year now. It is a reliable contractor, dealing with work orders promptly and liaising with tenants independently. They let us know immediately if they identify a potential issue.
