I've used the Gas Safety Guy for a few years to get my boiler serviced, and when it finally broke GSG was the obvious choice to get it replaced. He was able to advise on a good quality boiler with a good warranty, gave me a quote for the replacement boiler & labour which I was happy with, and came round to install the boiler. I'm very pleased with his work and we now have a much more efficient boiler to keep our house nice and warm.

To supply and fit 30kw HE Combi boiler and to remove old boiler and fittings. The work was done very efficiently on the agreed day and time. The works were completed within the day with all old fittings removed from the house. Carpet protection was laid and removed on the completion of the job. The whole area was then hoovered clean. Very impressed.

I initially contacted Jennifer and Paul to have my gas boiler serviced. During the visit discovered there was an issue with the boiler/flow of the heating system, murky water in pipes and radiators. It was suggested to drain down the system and clean through to make it more efficient. To fit a new magna system and new heating thermostat at the same time.

The job was booked in and completed in a timely manner, the workers are always very pleasant, arrive on time are very knowledgeable. I knew what needed to be done and why, how much this would cost and I have no problem recommending them to anyone.

I will certainly be using them to ensure the gas appliances are serviced and safe to use and will be recommending the service in the future to family and friends.

We got the boiler serviced. It was very easy to arrange, they have good availability. Malcolm came at the allocated 2 hour slot. Very professional, clean and respectful of the current guidelines. Good communication with Jennifer. Got the corresponding documentation via email. I certainly recommend them.

I had my boiler replaced after the previous old one started to leak and lose pressure. The company was very helpful and quick to communicate with, and provided expert advice about my options. They explained the issues with my boiler and the work needing done to replace the old pipes in my property to bring them up to the correct size/standard. They sub-contracted with a joiner for the floors so that I did not have to arrange this separately.

During the job, Paul and Malcolm were very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. I'd certainly recommend using their services in the future.

Gas-Safety-Guy did a great job upgrading my lead gas pipes to copper gas pipes in my flat. They also organised the joiner to do any pre- and post-job work, which was great. I fully recommend them.

Our boiler stopped working and managed to get an appointment within a couple of days, which was much faster than anyone else I rang. Malcolm diagnosed the problem pretty quickly and ordered the new part and fitted it the next week, so very happy with the job, would recommend!

We are at a top floor flat that had a hot water cylinder and a water tank, which took up most of the space in the storage room, now we have a new boiler and a new storage room! Paul and Malcom were very knowledgeable and helpful in the process. Jennifer was very helpful with all the recommendations as well. We had an old pipe that was broken we weren’t aware of, so it actually caused water leaking to the neighbor, which weren’t the guys fault but they took the initiative and fixed it as soon as possible. They are very hardworking! I wish I could pay them more! We are engineers as well, so we had a lot of nerdy questions during the whole process, but they are very patient with us haha. Definitely would recommend to anyone that are thinking about changing or fixing their heating system. You won’t be disappointed!
