From start to finish Floored were excellent, very competitive on cost, they helped us through the selection process straight all the way to installation, they turned up when they said, they even hoovered after fitting our carpets. We have no hesitation of recommending Steven & his team!

Floored Ltd laid the flooring in our bedroom after we moved into a new build.
We wanted the same flooring as throughout the rest of the property, they were able to provide the flooring which made it a lot easier for us as we did not have to find these supplies. The price was very reasonable and competitive against other quotes in Edinburgh.
We moved in just before the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown, which meant the date of laying the floor was delayed through no fault of the business. However, they communicated with us throughout and kept us informed with regards to plans to re-open for business and gave us the soonest available date to get the flooring laid.
On the day of laying the floor, they arrived promptly and did a wonderful job. I am very pleased with the floor, and have recommended them to neighbours who have been in a similar position to us.
Overall, Floored Ltd were quick and professional, and despite disruptions due to the Covid-19 pandemic, they communicated regularly and made sure we were well informed. Thank you!

Steven and his team can’t to fit a new hall and bathroom floor for us earlier in the year. We had the choice of many different styles and colours- we had a photo of what we were looking for in mind, Steven had a floor identical! The work was done really quickly and nothing was too much trouble. The team were really clean and except for the progress you wouldn’t have known they had been in the house. We also got a small area of flooring fitted near the fridge, which the team moved and replaced without any question. Would highly recommend!

Floored Ltd put in a wooden floor throughout our Edinburgh flat - all except the bedroom where we had previously used them to lay a carpet. Great job. Happy with the result. As the flat was empty just left them the key to get on with it.

FlooredLtd replaced my hall, stair and landing carpet. The work was carried out while I was at work and was to an extremely high standard. They cleared everything up after them. I will be using them again later on in the year when I replace my downstairs flooring. I would definitely recommend them.

Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish from Stephen and the staff at floored limited. They were so professional, offered an at home service so I was able to pick the carpet from my own home, allowing to see the shade in the correct lighting. No pushy hard sales either and very knowledgeable in all aspects of what type of carpet was best for my needs.
There communication was first class keeping me up to speed on delivery time and exact time they would come to fit the carpet. This was all so accurate and incredibly professional.
The team were effective, professional, tidy and very polite. They moved and worked around my furniture. Put everything back exact and finished when they said.

From the start Steven was very helpful, he had a vast knowledge of all the products and help us choose a beautiful wood floor for our lounge, the fitting team turned up when they said they would, they were very helpful throughout the day and left us a very neat and tidy job.

Steven and his colleagues did and amazing job of fitting our new bedroom carpets. They look and feel amazing. Very efficient workers and great value for money! Will be using again to replace the rest of the carpets in our house.
