Energize Electrical fitted the newly-required fire alarms in our house. They arrived at the agreed time and installed the alarm system quickly and efficiently. They were also flexible in rearranging the appointment when we had to delay briefly. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. A friendly, efficient and reliable service.

I was referred to Energize Electrical by the manufacturer of the EV chargepoint I had selected. Energize Electrical were in contact immediately to determine my requirements. They arranged an in-person survey at my house a few days later to provide a quote for the install. From initial contact to grant approval and installation took less than 4 weeks. I was impressed with their communication, and always knew what was happening at each stage. I wouldn't hesitate to use their services again.

Energize Electrical recently supplied and installed an EV charger for me and the service they provided was excellent. I had a mini rewire of my downstairs hallway and an extra socket to my upper hallway . Campbell and his apprentice Jordon made an excellent job . No need for me to redecorate as no damage was done to my wallpaper so I was very impressed. I would certainly recommend Energize this is the second time I’ve used them . They get back to you straight away , do a fantastic job and are fair in their pricing .

We used energize electrical to replace the ceilings downstairs after asbestos removal. We had tight deadlines before Christmas, but they were happy to get it done quickly, but still to a high standard.

Had a 22kW EV charger installed by Campbell.
Took a couple of extra visits and calls to Zappi to iron out small glitches.
However Campbell always arrived as planned and got the charger installed and working . Would have no hesitation in recommending them or using them again in the future.

Campbell changed over six down lights to pendants for me . I have extremely high ceilings which are challenging. Nothing was too much trouble for Campbell and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend his services . The communication from start to finish was excellent and prompt . I had emailed several companies and didn’t even get a reply . I’m very pleased and have already booked for more work to be completed after the year.

After initially getting in touch after experiencing an individual electrical issue we asked Energize Electrical to carry out various fixes and updates to our home electrics based on their professional approach, excellent time-keeping regarding coming out to give a quote and great communication throughout.

Neil ensured that our requirements were clearly understood and helped us decide on possible options making some great suggestions along the way.

Campbell then carried out the work to a very high standard arriving when agreed and leaving the house clean and tidy.

When an unforeseen problem came up and we needed to delay the work, Neil was very understanding and happily rescheduled the work.

Very responsive and helpful

EV Charger installation. I had been struggling to get anyone to do a proper site survey (as opposed to an online survey) and provide a quote for my installation which, while not overly complex, was probabably outside of what most installers would term a 'standard' installation. After discussing with Neil however, he had somone on site within 48 hours and provided a reasonable quote the same day. OZEV and DNO approval for the work was obtained without any issues with Neil keeping me up to date with progress throughout. The install went ahead on the planned date without any issues. All work completed to a high standard and eveything working as expected.

4 bathroom downlights went out and tripped the entire upstairs circuit. My brother thought it was a simple case of changing a light bulb. However on examination we found they were connected to transformers. He said to phone the electrician who rewired mum's house 2 years ago.
She did, but he refused to come out and suggested getting another electrician!! So I went on trusted trader to find an electrician who would be just that and reliable.
I found Energize Electrical and Neil Mclean. He listened to my rant and was happy to help me. I was given a timescale for his son Campbell to visit and do an estimate. He suggested that the transformers be removed as they were not required and we would get individual lights, thus it would be less likely to trip and we could identify the blown one. I was sent a very reasonable estimate and again a timescale when the work would be done.
A day earlier than planned Campbell set to work. However it soon became clear that something else was wrong. He wonderfully explained to my elderly Mum the possibility of water or damp in the loft where the junction boxes were. The way he respectfully spoke to her, certainly didn't over worry us. He reassured us he would sort it.Campbell did find damp in the box, probably from the flash flood in the summer. We had a roofer out to repair the chimney. Luckily there was no other damage in the loft.
He soon had it dried out and we had the grand switch on. Just great to have bathroom lights on again. I suggested he should up his bill but said there was no need.Later we had a phone call from Neil checking everything was all right.
So, I would have no hesitation in using Energize Electrical again and thoroughly recommend them to carry out all types of electrical work. They are our knights coming to the rescue.Thankyou.

I required the purchase and fitting of an EV charger. Unlike other installers who were prepared to rely entirely on photographs and written descriptions of the proposed install, Energize Electrical carried out a thorough site survey before quoting. Once on board, their communication was excellent as was their help and guidance, especially through the grant claim process. On the day of the install they arrived on time, worked tirelessly, showing respect for the property and leaving a clean and tidy job.
