Paul recently fitted 2 outdoor power sockets for me. He replied promptly to my initial enquiry, arrived when he said he would and explained where he could fit the power points so that they were accessible and could be fitted with minimal drilling inside the house.
The job was completed to a very high standard and Paul tidied and hoovered leaving no trace of any mess. He also showed me how to access the sockets and ensure they were kept water tight.
I’ve already recommended Paul to a friend and will definitely use him again in the future.

We had a new electrical supply put in for a garden cabin/office. We were delighted with the service Paul offered us and the job was completed as per our agreed time frame. The completed work was of a very high standard and we will definatly use East West Electrical again.

Paul replaced old, inefficient storage heaters. He did the work quickly and arranged for the old heaters and bricks to be taken away. He was extremely patient in answering all my questions. My new heaters provide a level of comfort I haven’t experienced for years.

Paul carried out an initial EICR inspection . This was followed up a short time later with remedial works at the property and issuing the updated certificate.

Very good all round service. Arrived on time. Responded quickly to emails. Estimate was clear and at a fair price.

Spoke to Paul beginning of April 2021. First date available Friday 30th. Turned up on time rechecking what was required a couple of days before. Did two of the easy jobs and said he needed to take advice on a fan issue in the kitchen. Phoned him two weeks later. He said he had not had a reply from his contact. Thereafter I have heard nothing. If you want the easy jobs done he’s your man. This is now 9th June.

East West Electrical has completed a range of work for us and all to an exceptionally high standard. Internal and external lights, bathroom fans, internal and external plug sockets, underfloor heating units are all jobs undertaken efficiently and fully cleaned up afterwards. Communications regarding the work have all been very professional too. I would recommend this trustworthy company.

Paul came out as an emergency when out ceiling lights wouldn't work and the consumer box didn't trip. He was brilliant and worked out what had happened in minutes and fixed it. He will come back to replace the consumer box and quoted a good price. From start to finish, everything was more than expected. Would highly recommend.
