We had a new gas central heating system installed with a combi boiler. All aspects of the job, beginning with understaning our requirements, were handled really well. The guys who carried out the installation were really professional and hard working. Their office staff ensured anything that needed a follow-up was actioned and kept us informed. Great service.

I got text to say engineer on their way within timescale given, Mitch was very thorough, very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. Very good service.

Shawn from CGS was prompt, very knowledgeable about the product and the fault. He installed the part quickly and gave me a full demonstration on how to use the Hive thermostat on my phone as well as the new portable thermostat. Highly recommended very professional and courteous service and left the workplace spotless.

Had a new boiler installed by CGS who were very professional throughout the whole process from providing different quotes through to installation with good communication through text and email. Very happy with the work carried out and would throughly recommend.
In addition, required an emergency plumber on 2 occasions recently and CGS were able to attend on the day at very short notice. On both occasions, they provided a verbal cost estimate of the work to be carried out.

My mum moved from Corstorphine to Danderhall. I had remembered CGS as seen nothing but good things on the local Corstorphine FB page.
I wasn’t sure they’d travel to the other side of town but it wasn’t an issue at all. Contact was prompt, price so reasonable and Mike was so friendly. We know who to call if something needs attention in future.

Thanks to Lauren & Courtney for assisting with my boiler service that was needing done (only to find it was serviced in December by another company after it was done).
They were super efficient and friendly and the work was completed by Mitch with only one hiccup causing a hole in the wall.
Would recommend this company for servicing of your boiler, and towel rail install which I had in November!

Had an old gas boiler replaced with a new (and much more efficient) one. Survey, recommendations and installation all very satisfactory and done promptly at the agreed time(s). Communication with the office was good too.

Annual boiler service carried out. Excellent service from initial contact to completion of work. Responses to my emails for quote and booking were dealt with promptly and efficiently. On the day of the service as advised I received a text that the engineer was on his way and could track his journey. Engineer was very good, courteous and polite an asset to the company. Will definitely use for all future work and happy to recommend.

Shawn serviced my mother's boiler and gas fire. An infinitely better job than our previous company (a large national which charged a lot of money for a grudging and minimal amount of work) so we are now transferring the annual boiler plan to Corstorphine Gas.
He also checked over her old gas cooker, which was lacking in the safety features of the modern ones, something we had been unaware of.
Communications are particularly good, a great blessing, as I do not live in Edinburgh so all the arrangements were made a distance

Really happy with the service provided by Corstorphine Gas Services. Very professional and friendly service and the communication was great in keeping us informed every step of the way. Attended when they said they would and worked quietly keeping everything very tidy. Follow up visit was needed and was arranged quickly without any fuss. Double checked we were happy with works before invoicing. Highly recommended and would definitely use this company again.
