We had Celsius Windows replace three of our large windows in our living room.
They initially arranged to come out to take a look, and provided a competitive quote the next day. Then we booked their installation for only 6 weeks later (much sooner than any other company we had talked to.)
The contractors who did the work on the day were great, lovely to chat to, they got the work done and cleaned up after themselves.

All in all, we'll definitely be using them again when we want to replace the other windows in our property.

It was a good experience. Celsius were very friendly and helpful. The door appears high quality and looks good. The installation was slightly later than the time promised but no big deal. We obviously can't tell how well the door will look in 5 years but it looks good.

The two workmen were quick and efficient. The door was fitted quickly and also clearly. There was no mess left. I would like to add, that the gentleman who finished the final fitting of the door, worked quietly and attentively and he assisted to add the house number (which no longer could be added to the door) onto the wall next to the door. The work was carried out quickly and efficiently by friendly staff who were all willing to explain operations along the way. Unfortunately I have to mark down on customer service and quality of service due to a failure to respond to an email regarding when work would start. A full response was sent at my second email, then all went smoothly.

Wanted a new door fitted. They came and measured and gave us a catalogue to choose from. We received an estimate that we were happy with. No money was required up front, only to be paid once fitted and we were happy with the finished job. They gave us a date when the door would be ready and it was actually ready early. The fitter was here on the time given to us and was very efficient and explained everything to us. He ensured or carpets were covered and protected. Highly recommend this company

The whole process was very efficient from ordering to delivery and installation. Workmen arrived when scheduled and were very helpful, efficient and also cleaned up completely. They also ensured we were completely satisfied with the installation before leaving.

Had two single windows replaced. Contacted Celsius as comparison after another firm quoted a figure I felt was too high. John responded promptly and was quick to come out and survey. The price quoted was significantly cheaper than our other one and we went with Celsius. Cannot fault the service or the fitting. The fitters were polite and punctual. They worked very efficiently, even when they had to take the windows they’d just fitted back out and redo when they discovered our 90 year old house was not square and the windows looked squint even though they were level.
