I noticed a tiny mouse in the house. I contacted Barricade and it was a bank holiday but still they were open. An inspection appointment was booked with 2 hours. I really recommend Ben. He took his time in inspecting the house and gave detailed explanation of the situation and the next steps. He was reassuring. Overall, the experience is 100% positive and highly recommended.

I had a mouse problem. Adam, the technician from Barricade visited the property on three occasions to treat the problem. After the third visit the problem had been resolved. I was completely satisfied with the way Adam tackled the problem and welcomed the advice he offered to prevent another mouse infestation in the future.

Mice infestation extermination

We've used Barricade a couple of times in the past for wasp nests in our attic and their efficient responses to queries and friendly professionalism is why I called again a few weeks ago to deal with a rat situation, which has now been resolved following a course of treatment.

The office are always really quick to respond and happy to accommodate diaries to make appointments work for all. Adam has been our technician this time round and is really friendly, informed, helpful and a calm presence - which is key this time round with our unwelcome furry visitors.

I'd not hesitate to recommend Barricade, and in the nicest possible way I hope not to be seeing them again any time soon.

We thought we had a squirrel in our loft but it turned out to be a rat, yeek! A week of traps and monitoring confirmed it wasn't a current problem, and we were given good advice on how to manage any future visitors, and honest information about the difficulties in trying to pest-proof the space.
