Gave us an inspection over the whole house… attic included and garage and gardens. She was very knowledgeable and reported areas where we should improve. She was very pleasant and professional . Cameras placed where she thought would give a true picture of any infestation.

I had a mouse infestation which was really quite a lot bigger than initially thought.
Jen , the Barricade technician, was excellent . Very thorough , very clear in explaining what she was doing and why, I feel that the issue was dealt with in a professional, calm, supportive and reassuring manner.

We contacted Barricade for the removal of mice. We had tried in vain ourselves, to eradicate them, and since we were having no luck, we decided to we needed professional help.
Along came Adam, with his cheerful disposition, and after a very thorough inspection, managed to deal with the problem.
Unfortunately, at the same time, we were noticing moths in the evening, and he helped by giving us very good advice, and helping us find the source. We would never have known where to look.
We thank you hugely Adam, for giving me some peace of mind on both accounts.

Claire arrived within an hour of calling the office. Fast , friendly and efficient service. Would highly recommend and would use again.

First class service from a company that went above and beyond and solved our rat issue.

We had a criter issue in our attic in December. Thinking it was a Squirrel we put an activation camera up there to see what was going on. To our horror we captured a rat! It was now the week between Christmas and New year. I phoned a few companies and none were available until well into the new year.

Then I called Barricade. The girl who answered was really helpful and knowledgeable, she gave me some suggestions to try whilst I waited for them to come out, booked me in for just after the year but also offered to put a message out asking if any of her workers finished a job early and could pop up in and see what was going on.

To my delight I received a call from Claire and half an hour later she was at our house. She identified rat droppings and put things in place to try and eradicate our visitor.

She the followed up with the booked visit the following week and had managed to remove one trapped rat. Another one was seen on the camera and heard on the floored attic but it was more suspicious of all the traps so became more of a challenge.

Barricade put everything they could in place. Gave us loads of advice about possible entry points and fully explained what they were doing throughout each of the visits. I was please to report no noise or activations on the camera on the final visit

I have recommended this Company to friends and family as none of us are far away from having a Pest problem and at such times we want a reliable and honest service. Excellent service. Claire and Sean collectively came up with a plan after I had a rat problem in my loft. Nothing was not too much trouble, extremely informative and went out of their way to help me. Office team were also extremely helpful. My issue has been resolved. I hope not to have to use them again however I would highly recommend Barricade for your pest control needs. Very pleasant person who came to visit me.
They checked the loft to see if rodent had gone and at that everything was as it was supposed to be. Very thorough they were.
