Service was excellent. I gave a four only because they arrived slightly after the one hour slot I had been given. Overall I am very happy with the service and the two men were very personable and professional.

Over the years we have had a number of windows rplaced by Alba and found them to be very reliable both as regards product quality and efficiency of installations. Their employees are always well-mannered, and tidy up at the end of the installation.

The men were courteous and hard working, clean, tidy and the price was very fair. They were very helpful as regards some of furniture being a bit in the way.
