Response to contact whether by telephone or email was prompt,always courteous and helpful.Appointment times were kept almost to the minute.
The work was carried out efficiently and satisfactorily and there was no mess left behind.
The cost was reasonable.
All in all a company I would have back and would definitely recommend.

Fast and efficient from the get go. I needed replacement double glazing glass pannel as mine had blown. Good communication from helping me measure my window, quote and a visit to check out the current window. Worked around my schedule as I was going on holiday and booked me in for as soon as I was home. I had to reschedule due to a change in work schedule and they booked me in for the following day.
Work was carried out quickly and efficiently I would definitely use again!

The work was to fix the glass removed from my greenhouse by a recent storm. The firm were true to their estimate and the work was executed quickly, tidily, without fuss. All dealings on the telephone and face-to-face were respectful and pleasant. Would certainly use them again, without hesitation.

New french doors supplied and fitted. Excellent from first contact to completion.

Replacement Window Glass

I had a new front door fitted and would highly recommend this company not pushed for a sale, very helpful from choice of door to fitting. Also sweeping outside and hoovering inside after completion.

We had a window pane replaced, adjustments to a door and window and new sealant applied to another window. All staff members were very professional and friendly. I appreciated receiving a quotation with the prices broken down.

I had composite door fitted & one window replaced ,two men worked to high standards polite cleaned up as they worked would highly recommend them .

Had all my windows and two doors replaced, guys arrived on time each day were very polite. Here for 4 days just got on with the work and cleaned up afterwards before they went home. Delighted with the windows and doors. Some neighbours also commented on how good the windows and doors looked.

As this was a small order for replacement toughened glass panes for my greenhouse I was pleasantly surprised by the care and attention we were given and how we were kept informed of progress and arranging for the uplift.

Alan Dobbies was recommended to us by a double glazing repair specialist as we had terrible condensation and mould problems with our old windows.
Brian came out and explained exactly what we needed and how the work would be completed. He then sent a very detailed quote and once we gave the go ahead came out to do a more detailed measurement of the windows.
When my old windows were removed we couldn’t believe how bad they were, the previous fitters had cut so many corners, no expanding foam, we could see daylight, water in them to name but a few.
The team got to work correctly fitting my new windows explaining things to me as they worked and answering any questions I had. They put a 12 hour shift in as there were a lot of issues with my walls being off but now finally I have the peace of mind that my new windows have been fitted professionally and with real care.
What a weight off my mind. We would have no hesitation in using Alan Dobbies again and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.
