I had a window unit replaced and a large wall mirror fitted by Dean from Alan Dobbie Glazing.
Arrived when they said they would, very efficient and kept me up to date with order times.

I had 4 window and two patio door glazing units replaced today.
The quotation and acceptance process was very slick; following a enquiry through the website, details of times and dates for visits were all confirmed electronically. The measuring up process was was careful and not rushed. Having accepted the quote and paid the deposit, the installation date was confirmed. I received a courtesy text 2 days before installation reminding me of their proposed time on site.
The installation started on time, and was completed in a morning. Two slight installation snags were willingly put right on the spot (nothing major, just window seals that needed further adjustment), all stickers were removed from the glass, and the new windows and my garden were cleaned up before leaving.

Based on what I’ve seen and experienced, I’d have no hesitation in recommending this firm.

Replaced all the double glazing units on the sunny side of the house as over half were suffering condensation between the glazing.
Bryan provided very competitive quotes that included options that we were undecided about so we could see how they would affect the price. Everyone involved was professional, friendly, tidied and cleaned up as they worked. Highly recommended and would definitely use them again.

Amazing service after an emergency call out due to a house break in. Glass was cleared up and boarded up , measured and reordered all very smoothly and taking stress out of a horrible situation. Would 100% recommend!

We had a front door replaced. I can honestly say they were fantastic from start to finish. Lots of choice in their brochure and lead time was great.
Instillation took about 2-3 hours and they were very professional, tidy and polite. I’d definitely recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future!
