Lewis turned up on time and done a first class Job. He also spoke to a neighbour who had plumbing problems. The neighbour was also very pleased with Lewis. Good job. Very happy.

Lewis replaced my combi boiler. This was not a straightforward process and involved ingenuity and a problem solving approach. He completed the work to an exceptionally high standard moulding and bending pipes to fit beautifully into the space. I was delighted to see the obvious pride that he hadn't taken in his work especially as I have an integrated kitchen where everything fits neatly. He completed the work in a day and left the place so neatly I was amazed and very grateful. I appreciated being able to phone to learn how to use the boiler rather than wade through the detailed manual!
Every communication was exceptionally polite and professional. Lewis - and his dad - were recommended to me by a friend who had used them and I would have no hesitation I recommending them to everyone for any job.

I had a leak under my sink and saw a Tom Knight & Son van across the road. I chanced my arm and asked the plumber if he could come and have a look. He happily interrupted his lunch to come and have a look and had my leak sorted within 2 minutes. The chap wouldn't accept a penny for it. It says on the side of the van "Known for Quality & Service" and I can vouch for that 100%.

Downstair wet room & upstairs bathroom refitted

We had been wanting our ensuite done for ages, but hadn't realised that Tom & Lewis (who fitted and service our bolier) also fitted bathrooms. In fact they project managed the whole thing ensuring that joiners, painters, plasterers and electricians turned up as required, with the whole project from start to finish taking just under 2 weeks.

Tom and Lewis are easy to deal with and highly professional (and they tidy up after themselves before they leave, even giving the new ensuite a bit of a spruce!). Highly recommended.

Tom and lewis were two very nice professional plumbers! We needed a garden tap put in they were polite, on time and put in the tap quick and efficiently!
They cleaned up after and showed me all the work that had been done, they also talked me through it when I had a few questions!
They were Very respectful and i would definitely recommend them !

Tom and Lewis came promptly to assess the problem with my boiler, and then went to a lot of trouble to source the most affordable parts. Lewis also found the perfect kitchen taps to replace my ancient dripping ones. They arrived promptly on the day, serviced my boiler and fitted the new parts, completed the job very speedily and left everything clean and tidy as usual. They also serviced my neighbour's boiler, and did some additional work to bring the house up to current standards, as it required a landlord's gas safety certificate. Once again, I am delighted with all the work that Tom and Lewis have done for me, and their prompt, helpful and friendly service is superb and second to none. I highly recommend them.

Got a quote and accepted it Lewis arrived at time stated. The job done well, the area left clean and tidy.

This firm was recommended by an Architect friend and has been exceedingly helpful in all matters, as well as being very practical.

Lewis came out to look at my shower, which only gave lukewarm water, never hot. He advised replacing the shower, and took a lot of trouble measuring the exact holes in my wet wall so that he could get the same fittings to avoid any damage. He and Tom arrived promptly on the day, and had the whole job done in an hour with no mess at all. I am delighted with the result, and they are coming back in a couple of weeks to repair an issue with my boiler. I can highly recommend them, and I will definitely use them for all my plumbing requirements in the future.

We had a complete new shower unit fitted along with wet wall panels & a pvc ceiling . We Went on holiday for 5 days & left Lewis to get on with the job. When we came back it was all finished . Absolutely delighted with the job. Very reliable & trustworthy . Would highly recommend to anyone.

Thank you to Tom for a job well done. My shower room had been a disaster area after a bad tiling job had led to water getting behind the tiles soaking the wall behind and leading to a leak into the kitchen below. Tom identified the problem and thoroughly explained how this could be resolved. Tom carried out the work promptly and professionally and I now have a lovely shower room again - no chance of further leaks as Tom has sealed everything so this will not happen again.
