Lewis replaced a shower for us. He came when he said he would, worked quickly and cleanly, and when he finished the bill was for less that his quote as it had taken less time than he expected. I couldn’t ask for more.

Tom and Lewis are both extremely helpful, professional and trustworthy. They were so helpful when my boiler broke down - they provided really good advice and were quick to visit to do an estimate and then went out of their way to complete the boiler replacement as soon as they could. Tom and Lewis have always responded very quickly and I can’t fault the standard of their work. I would highly recommend them.

Tom Knight & Son previously refurbished the bathroom. I had no hesitation in calling them when I had issues with the heating. Lewis responded promptly and arrived on time to assess the job. Lewis was able to fix the problem there and then! Great service!

Tom, Lewis and their associates replaced the boiler, radiators and pipework in my dad's house. They also stripped out the very old bathroom and put in a lovely new shower room including wall boards and new flooring.
They gave an accurate estimate, were punctual, did a very professional job and finished ahead of the original schedule. A pleasure to deal with, and completely reliable and trustworthy. They also tidy up after themselves!

Lewis changed a cold towel warmer in my bathroom for a fabulous hot radiator. This has transformed the bathroom making it a warm haven. He advised me which size radiator to purchase & which company to use. He then communicated so professionally to arrange the day for fitting it. He is very flexible and thoughtful allowing me to leave keys in odd places for him to find! Lewis is not just a plumber he’s an artist. He used the existing pipes and thought carefully about the location of the radiator putting it in the perfect place bending pipes so beautifully.
I would have no hesitation in highly recommending Lewis.

Bath replaced with walk in shower. We were hardly aware we had workmen in our house since all work was carried out efficiently and to a very high standard with the bathroom left clean and tidy and ready for use.

Replaced shower thermostat and restored water pressure to the house. Tom Knight & Son were excellent, they came when they said they would, kept me advised of what needed done and how much it would cost and carried out the work quickly and efficiently. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.

Further to getting a new boiler fitted by Tom Knight & Lewis I got them to renew my shower room, plus fit an electric shower in the bathroom. As before, I am very pleased with the work done, they were a pleasure to deal with and I have no hesitation recommending them.

The work undertaken by Lewis and his associate was the complete refurbishment of my shower unit from the installation of a new shower unit, wall boards and a seat. From first contact with Lewis until completion of work the professionalism and quality of work shone through. I would not hesitate to use Lewis again and would recommend him to all.

Lewis replaced my combi boiler. This was not a straightforward process and involved ingenuity and a problem solving approach. He completed the work to an exceptionally high standard moulding and bending pipes to fit beautifully into the space. I was delighted to see the obvious pride that he hadn't taken in his work especially as I have an integrated kitchen where everything fits neatly. He completed the work in a day and left the place so neatly I was amazed and very grateful. I appreciated being able to phone to learn how to use the boiler rather than wade through the detailed manual!

I had a leak under my sink and saw a Tom Knight & Son van across the road. I chanced my arm and asked the plumber if he could come and have a look. He happily interrupted his lunch to come and have a look and had my leak sorted within 2 minutes. The chap wouldn't accept a penny for it. It says on the side of the van "Known for Quality & Service" and I can vouch for that 100%.

Thomas Knight & Son are professional, punctual and diligent. I had my old boiler/tank system replaced with a combi boiler on their advice.
