I can recommend Tom knight and his team very highly.I had an emergency leak from my wet floor bathroom and contacted Tom knight. He was very professional and promptly came to assess the bathroom. I explained to Tom that I would prefer to have a shower tray and Tom advised me what work was required and sourced all the materials to give me a fantastic fully functional bathroom again. I can’t thank Tom and his team enough for all the support they gave me which had been a very stressful time for me .I wouldn’t use any other company now.

This is the second time we have used Tom and Lewis to do a large project. Yet again their service and professionalism exceeded expectations and on occasion we felt they really went the extra mile, over and above what I'm sure many others would have done, to ensure our work was completed within our very tight timescale.

They were 100% honest and accurate about their timings and costs, dealing with any changes and challenges they came up against without complaint. Tom ensured they completed the work required as agreed, even working within pretty challenging and time-constrained circumstances.

On latest occasion was simply replacing a split washer. Lewis always comes exactly when he says he will and even tried to remedy the problem via text messages over Christmas!

Replacing the flush syphon of a WC.

The trader made two visits; the first for assessment and the second after waiting for the supply of a part, taking about 10 days in all. He kept me well informed throughout, and was very helpful in explaining what was involved, and what decorative work would remain for me to arrange afterwards (which I did myself).

I consider that the charge was very reasonable, and the work has been carried out to my complete satisfaction.

New kitchen sink fitted, arrived on time, excellent job, clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

Opening a salon has been a stressful experience but Lewis at Tom Knight &sons put me at so much ease. He was great at communication throughout the whole process. Lewis arrived within 24 hours of my call at the time he said he would come. Very pleasant. Two small jobs in the bathroom and another on a radiator. All dealt with quickly including mending a broken flush which I am sure others might have said needed replacing rather than repairing.
Very impressed and have already recommended Lewis to friends and family.

Excellent work and tradesmanship

This is the 3rd job I’ve had done from Tom knight and son plumbers and to be honest they get better every time. It’s good to know good plumbers you can trust.
Lewis (Toms son) gave us an estimate, which I agreed to the same day he was very quick to response a few days later he was in taking tiles off, shower out and fitting taps.
Tom then came along a day later with his joiner to fit wall boards, new shower and shower screen.

Tom knight and son ( Lewis ) were on time, explained everything. If I had any questions they took the time and nothing was a problem!
They were that good we have them giving us an estimate for our en suite!
