I recently discovered a small leak under the sink in our kitchen, TKS Plumbing were very swift to respond to my call out and also speedy in resolving the issue within hours. 100% professional and friendly team and standards are impeccable. And during the current COVID scenario clearly have safety as top priority. I'm delighted with the services and to have this resolved so efficiently.

Tom and Lewis created us a wonderful wet room and their after sales service is second to non.

After my ceiling in my living room fell through on me full of water I panic called Tom Knight and Son and I honestly cannot fault the service and help they gave me. Within a couple of hours Lewis came round and sourced where the water was coming from (my toilet was leaking upstairs) and by the morning the next day I had a new toilet. I felt very reassured and content with all the information I was given and very happy with the price on my invoice I was given.
I will definitely be having Tom Knight and Son back for further work in the future for my bathroom and shower room renovations.

We recently employed the services of Tom Knight & Son to remove an old cast iron bath and replace with a large shower enclosure, create a utility area for a washing machine and tumble dryer, plumb in a dishwasher and install an outside tap. They arrived promptly, carried out the work efficiently, were extremely clean and tidy and their quote was competitively priced. We were delighted with the work and would definitely recommend Tom Knight & Son and already plan to use them again to form an en-suite bathroom.

We hired Tom Knight & Son to convert a kitchen cupboard to fit a new dishwasher. Not only was the job done perfectly but also very quickly and for a very reasonable price. We have had a shower replaced after booking the work just before the Covid Lockdown. My wife and I moved into a new Persimmons home in Haddington and the shower cubical was so small that when I dropped the soap I had to go out to retrieve it.
This is where Tom Knight and son came into the picture.
When I asked them first if they could cap off the gas so as we could have an electric hob that job was done very quickly.
We asked them if a better shower could be added and they said that a bigger and better shower cabinet and fixings could be fitted.
They removed the old tiles and fitted a fantastic new one.
What a difference, these plumbers are simply wizards, what a transformation.

Lewis replaced a shower for us. He came when he said he would, worked quickly and cleanly, and when he finished the bill was for less that his quote as it had taken less time than he expected. I couldn’t ask for more.

They were so helpful when my boiler broke down - they provided really good advice and were quick to visit to do an estimate and then went out of their way to complete the boiler replacement as soon as they could. Had a problem with our cistern and we cannot rate this company high enough.
Pleasant and helpful young man came to the house on time and on the date arranged. Looked at the problem and fixed it in 5 minutes and then did not charge us.
