We needed a toilet repair and Tom and Lewis were able to assess the issue and make the repair. Very happy with the work carried out and the neatness of how the completed job was finished. I would highly recommend Tom Knight and son for any heating and plumbing work.

TKS updated our ensuite and were great throughout, provided all trades to a high standards.

Very polite and courteous. Nothing was an issue. Very helpful. Removed all rubbish and arranged all old radiators were removed. Very happy and delighted with the job.

Our bath was removed and a lovely shower installed and we are very pleased and it has made an amazing difference to our lives.

External garden tap fitted. Phoned to arrange visit to discuss job. Then made appointment to fit. All appointments kept as promised. No mess as tidied up after themselves. Even asked where to park so as not to inconvenience our neighbours…!

Tom fitted my bathroom sink/vanity unit and did a great job. Also removed old sink and tidied away excess packaging. Joiner was also very good but I didn’t catch his name. Very pleasant people to deal with from initial contact to end of job. I highly recommend this firm and will definitely use them again.

Made a call to Tom after we discovered a leak under our utility sink. Tom arrived on time, when he said he would - he was polite, friendly and left the place spotless.

Lewis and his team upgraded my bathroom and replaced my kitchen tap. Lewis discussed the upgrade with me and was gracious & understanding. He understood my needs perfectly and chose brilliant items to install. They are better than I’d hoped. He worked so tidily and left everything in perfect order. The glass shower screen in the bathroom was removed and replaced with a shower rail and curtain to provide easier access for my mother who is disabled. They provided an excellent service and I would definitely use them again.

Lewis and his dad came promptly to give us a quote and the date set for the work was the date that Lewis fitted the outdoor hot tap. I would recommend for level of service and quality of work.

I'm 70 years of age and in June of this year I'm heading into hospital for surgery. Due to my time constraints, I required this work be carried out timeously. TKS obliged and were able to fit me into their schedule. The necessitated the removal of my bath and a walk in shower installed. The bathroom was stripped back to the brick and everything removed. The entire bathroom was retiled and new walk in shower, new toilet, new wash hand basin and heated towel rail installed. Basically, an entire new bathroom. Tom Knight and Son were absolutely brilliant, they carried all the plumbing work to an extremely high standard and they brought in a joiner and a tiler who were equally as great tradesmen. The Tiler was actually a magician, brilliant job. They arranged that the old bathroom suite, the old plaster etc etc was removed and taken away by a professional waste company.

I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending TKS Plumbing Services Ltd to anyone in East or Midlothian who required the services of an excellent Bathroom/Plumbing Company.
