I’ve just had a hot outside tap fitted by Lewis what a first class job he done very neat and tidy plumbing work under the sink no mess and even replaced the old leaking outside cold tap .would highly recommend TKS plumbing .professional first class service

Have used Lewis to carry out my boiler service and all plumbing repairs over several years. This time the heating system needed a clean out and to get to the bottom of a noisy hot water tank. Lewis completed all the work in a timely manner and has stopped the noise.

Tom replaced a broken electric shower in my Mother’s flat. He did a first class job and Mum was extremely happy with the job. He was pleasant to deal with and turned up bang on time on his 2 visits to carry out the job. I would certainly use him again and would happily recommend this business.

Lewis fitted a new gas boiler about 10 years ago. This has been serviced by him every year since. Last service was November 2025.
Highly recommend this company they are very reliable and do an excellent job.

Repaired and serviced boiler, brilliant job

Just wanted to say how happy we are with our new bathroom and en-suite. Both were completely ripped out and refitted, along with full walls and floors in micro cement.
We could not be happier with how they have turned out and all thanks to Lewis. Lewis project managed and organised it all so all the trades needed worked seamlessly together.

Lewis was always on hand to offer expert advice ahead of starting, keeping us informed throughout, and getting the job done to the timelines he had planned with great craftsmanship and lots of hard work.

Excellent work carried out by Lewis recently and done to a high standard. We are very happy with the improvements. The mouldy silicon around or bath was removed and replaced; and a new shower screen was fitted. The bathroom looks like new. Also a hall radiator that we had was refitted. Thank you Lewis for a great job well done.

Called out TKS Plumbing for a minor repair (leaking radiator). As ever, they quickly identified the problem and then fixed it no time, Definitely our go-to plumbers now.

STORY TIME! Since the middle of June I was left with barely a floor in my bathroom and a shell of a room with only access (via a board placed on a beam) to a toilet. Unfortunately my Mum and I put our trust in the wrong people. Being two females running two separate homes alone we felt completely violated and lost. My son and I couldn’t shower in our own home, had to wash our hands and brush our teeth in my kitchen. Since the middle of June….we simply couldn’t just “jump in the shower”…we were let down. My mum reached out to TKS Plumbing Services Ltd and explained our position and not only that the emotional impact of the whole experience had on us. You certainly don’t realise what a bathroom is to a home!!! They have been nothing short of exceptional. Despite openly being booked up with jobs, they made time for us and a promise to see and guide us right. And they did. They restored our faith in the trades, put up with tears (well mine!) and never once made us feel silly or “it’s just a bathroom”….so today, this Friday…I can finally shower at home!! Now I just need to decide on the paint colour….! So thank you TKS Plumbing Services Ltd I can finally fake tan and shower it off in the morning at home and my son doesn’t have to brush his teeth whilst I was attempting to do the dishes.

Excellent work again from Lewis and Tom. Lewis provided me with a written estimate to repair my boiler and heating system, which I accepted, along with a date to carry out the work, checking that the date also suited me.
The work was carried out exactly as agreed. Highly recommended.

Lewis and Tom were fantastic. They noticed our bath is not level and is the reason for our constant leaks which other plumbers haven't picked up on before so we are really grateful to have an answer. They fitted a new shower screen and did follow up repairs to try and prevent further leakage. Because of the additional work and the fact there is no guarantee of no further leaks they also knocked off £150 from our final invoice. We will definitely be using them in the future. Much appreciated.

Lewis assessed our boiler problems quickly and came back to us with a quote for a new boiler plus some other options for solving our trouble. We both agreed a new boiler was needed which he fitted within a few days. Couldn’t speak more highly of the service and the work done!
