New central heating, external doors and windows, new bathroom suite, new kitchen, full property re-wiring, external harling and internal plastering, full joiner package, carpets, lino and wood floor coverings: On time and budget.  The men are great and really happy with all works.

The removed wall between kitchen and dining area and fitted new bespoke kitchen, island, underfloor heating, new patio doors and Karndean flooring.  All trades from joinery to plumbing, electrical, plastering and decoration: Can't fault Platinum, all the trades done a good job.  Can't fault the service, unavoidable problems were dealt with quickly and effectively and everyone was happy to go the extra mile.  They may not be the cheapest but in truth we are more than happy to pay what we did for the quality of workmanship and the excellent service they provided.  With the quality of workmanship, standard of finish and attitudes of everyone we dealt with, were first class overall and we are very happy that we engaged Platinum to do this job.

New internal doors supplied and fitted, new handrail and new external upvc front door: They have never disappointed, this is the third time we have used Platinum in recent years and they will always be my first point of contact.  Highly recommended.

Large extension to rear with some internal alterations: Very satisfied with all aspects of Platinum Property Services.  The build is finished to a high standard and Michael and his team are really easy to get on with.  Any question we had were soon answered and any problems that arrived were soon resolved.  We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Platinum Property Services, and in fact already have.

Just had a new bathroom installed by Platinum and delighted with the finished product. Michael is very attentive to detail and workmen all polite and trustworthy. Would recommend to anyone looking for work done in their house/business.

Platinum opened up the back of our house to make a large open plan space; two load bearing walls were opened up and the existing conservatory was rebuilt as habitable space retaining the original footings.
Michael’s knowledge and expertise was evident when he provided a quote and he managed the Project in a professional manner keeping us informed and dealt with our last minute requests calmly.

We reached out to Platinum Property Services for our garage conversion on the recommendation of a friend who had used them for their own home renovation.

What a great decision it turned out to be - from initial meetings right through to completion Michael and the team have been fantastic. Within a few months of our extension completing, the Platinum team were back helping us with our guest room. Smaller job but same brilliant quality and workmanship. We completely gutted the room and replaced the woodwork, radiator, electrical sockets, plaster. I can’t believe the transformation from the old temporary kitchen it was a few months back. All our friends and family loved the pictures so are now queuing up to visit!

We opted to use Platinum Property Services as we were looking for an established local company to carry out work on our house - ground floor renovation including fitting of new kitchen and glazing, removing an existing wall to create a large dining area, and breaking through into the garage to create a new utility room and new toilet (15 year old Persimmon detached house). Also, renovation of an ensuite and building of an external paved area.

Michael from Platinum visited our house to discuss when we put the project out to Tender. From the get-go, we found Michael completely professional, approachable and knowledgeable. After accepting the competitive quote for the project, a start date was agreed.

The project has now been completed, and we are really happy with the work that has been carried out and with the finished result. The job did run over a couple of weeks due to unforseen issues - but we have no complaints. Michael organised most of the required services - plumbers, electricians etc. He also pointed us in the right direction for other companies required. Really happy with all the crews that attended the site during the work. Communication from Michael was excellent throughout. Really approachable and easy to get in touch with. Was never made to feel like we were asking silly questions.

The provided quotes were clear to follow and easy to adapt throughout the project.
