work was carried out to a very high standard, completed within the estimated time. The team were reliable and knew exactly what they were doing during all aspects of the project.

Platinum Property Services are a local company who clearly value their good, local reputation. They have built us a small extension increasing the size of a downstairs bedroom and creating a shower room from an existing cloakroom. They worked steadily through the project including outside work during the one freezing/sleeting week at the end of last year. All their trades were friendly and helpful - and got on well with the dogs! The work was completed within tender, plus some well priced additions and variations which were delivered, so there were definitely no unwelcome surprises and they have cleared up all the inevitable temporary disruption at the end of the work.

Home alterations and large extension

Platinum carried out the work to an extremely high standard, from initial consultation right through to completion. could not be happier!

We recently had Platinum build an extension on to the rear of our property. From the first spade in the ground to final completion it took just under four months.

We honestly couldn't recommend the team more highly. They communicated with us clearly and in a timely manner , always working to find solutions where necessary and make recommendations as they saw fit.

Working with the platinum team was so easy, from the original meeting and quote process to completion of the job (re-roof and render). The staff were brilliant and nothing was too much trouble. We knew that if they said something would be done, it would happen. They may not be the cheapest, but are far from the most expensive, but for the peace of mind that comes from a reliable and trustworthy company, the little extra cost is totally worth every penny.

We had a two storey extension added to the back of our property. From start to finish, Michael was a pleasure to deal with. Throughout the project, Michael was at hand at any time to answer any queries and kept us fully informed as to timescales, who would be on site and when. The team that did the build were likewise a pleasure to have on site, friendly and keen to ensure that we were not inconvenienced during the build. We could not fault them at all. Each evening the site was left very clean and tidy and on one occasion the guys were actually obliging enough to virtually clear the site so we could have a family party in the garden!!

I have no hesitation in recommending Platinum for any building project and will certainly use them again in the future.

We used Platinum to demolish an old existing extension at the rear of the house, build a new and bigger one at the rear and side - incorporating a larger kitchen, utility room, living area and dining area - and reconfigure some downstairs rooms including the addition of a shower room.

Platinum Property Services have just finished a four month extension at our detached house in East Lothian and we have loved working with them.
