Large extension carried out 170k for us and could not have been happier with the over all process with Platinum property Services.
Michael has huge knowledge and a great supply chain.
They are the one stop shop which was great as I didn't have a lot of time on my hands.
When a problem rose the team done the very best to get it resolved in the best way possible and kept me informed at all times.

Platinum partially demolished and rebuilt an old extension to a listed building. Michael Burns's advice at the pre-project stage was invaluable: he guided us through the possibilities for renovation. His advice was very accurate in every respect. For us, this was a major undertaking which meant the demolition of half of our home. Throughout the project, Michael's communication was excellent: he explained the whole process to us in detail, he introduced us to his staff and explained what they would be doing at each individual stage of the work. Throughout the project we knew what to expect and the work was carried out in the manner and to the timescale that was promised at the outset. All of the Platinum workers are friendly and helpful; they are also extremely skilled and hard-working. At the end of the project, Michael engaged a cleaning company and jet cleaned our old decking. They also hung curtain tracks for us - nothing was too much trouble.
The old part of our house now needs to be upgraded with new floors and a new bathroom, among other things, and we will be approaching Platinum in the hope that they will be interested in this next stage of renovation.

Our third round of development with Platinum was our lounge and snug area, and we’re absolutely delighted with the result.
As usual, we had a clear view on what we wanted and it wasn’t straightforward this time. But Micheal worked with us and his suppliers to achieve our desired result and it surpassed expectations. Our bespoke double sided stone fireplace is beautiful, creating a separate snug/library area whilst still feeling part of a larger living space.
The entire room was gutted, with new electrics, radiators, wooden flooring, joinery, plastering and decoration. As usual, the team were a pleasure to deal with and nothing was too much trouble. Only one room to go now and they’ll have extended and renovated every inch of our cottage. Have already recommended to friends! Thank you again Platinum.

Platinum Property Services are a local company who clearly value their good, local reputation. They have built us a small extension increasing the size of a downstairs bedroom and creating a shower room from an existing cloakroom. They worked steadily through the project including outside work during the one freezing/sleeting week at the end of last year. All their trades were friendly and helpful - and got on well with the dogs! The work was completed within tender, plus some well priced additions and variations which were delivered, so there were definitely no unwelcome surprises and they have cleared up all the inevitable temporary disruption at the end of the work.

Platinum opened up the back of our house to make a large open plan space; two load bearing walls were opened up and the existing conservatory was rebuilt as habitable space retaining the original footings.
Michael’s knowledge and expertise was evident when he provided a quote and he managed the Project in a professional manner keeping us informed and dealt with our last minute requests calmly.
Foreman Craig and all tradesmen were very respectful and did an excellent job.
I would certainly use this company again.

Michael and his team at Platinum Property Services were amazing. They took on a major build project which offered lots of challenges and they stepped up to the task every time. The service and support we received over the build was always first class. In all honesty, we cannot sing their praises highly enough. Platinum Property Services are first class and highly trusted. We would not use anyone else.

We opted to use Platinum Property Services as we were looking for an established local company to carry out work on our house - ground floor renovation including fitting of new kitchen and glazing, removing an existing wall to create a large dining area, and breaking through into the garage to create a new utility room and new toilet (15 year old Persimmon detached house). Also, renovation of an ensuite and building of an external paved area.

Michael from Platinum visited our house to discuss when we put the project out to Tender. From the get-go, we found Michael completely professional, approachable and knowledgeable. After accepting the competitive quote for the project, a start date was agreed.

The project has now been completed, and we are really happy with the work that has been carried out and with the finished result. The job did run over a couple of weeks due to unforseen issues - but we have no complaints. Michael organised most of the required services - plumbers, electricians etc. He also pointed us in the right direction for other companies required. Really happy with all the crews that attended the site during the work. Communication from Michael was excellent throughout. Really approachable and easy to get in touch with. Was never made to feel like we were asking silly questions.

The provided quotes were clear to follow and easy to adapt throughout the project.

Michael was really easy to chat with which made the decision to go with Platinum for our loft conversion an easy one. The guys onsite were approachable and you could ask them any question about anything on the job. We were able to chat through certain things we wanted and nothing was too big a problem. Gordon the foreman was excellent and made sure we were kept up to date with progress. Have recommended Platinum to several friends already and would use again.
