Extension: A nice company, good to have around the place, they are a very hard working team and if in doubt they knew to contact the boss who was always available. I was enormously impressed by Michael (the boss) by the way he demanded high standards and was ruthless on subcontracted work in his desire to have the perfect finish.

The building looks great and you were so accommodating during the project. I have no qualms whatsoever in recommending Platinum for any work, my experience of response, quality of work and fairness of prices has ensured that you will be top of my list when considering any future work.

New central heating, external doors and windows, new bathroom suite, new kitchen, full property re-wiring, external harling and internal plastering, full joiner package, carpets, lino and wood floor coverings: On time and budget. The men are great and really happy with all works.

The removed wall between kitchen and dining area and fitted new bespoke kitchen, island, underfloor heating, new patio doors and Karndean flooring. All trades from joinery to plumbing, electrical, plastering and decoration: Can't fault Platinum, all the trades done a good job. Can't fault the service, unavoidable problems were dealt with quickly and effectively and everyone was happy to go the extra mile. They may not be the cheapest but in truth we are more than happy to pay what we did for the quality of workmanship and the excellent service they provided. With the quality of workmanship, standard of finish and attitudes of everyone we dealt with, were first class overall and we are very happy that we engaged Platinum to do this job.

Large extension to rear with some internal alterations: Very satisfied with all aspects of Platinum Property Services. The build is finished to a high standard and Michael and his team are really easy to get on with. Any question we had were soon answered and any problems that arrived were soon resolved. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Platinum Property Services, and in fact already have.
